LITITZ BOROUGH - The LBPD patrol function filed a summary non-traffic citation against Tema L. ZERBE, age 49, of Lititz, alleging she committed a violation of the Lititz Borough Dog Ordinance.
On 06/19/2022 around 11:08 AM, the LBPD responded to the 200 Block of Swarthmore Drive after it was alleged that ZERBE's dog left her property and attacked another dog which was being walked down the sidewalk nearby. ZERBER has been summoned to respond to District Court.
ZERBE is presumed innocent.
