LITITZ BOROUGH - The LBPD patrol function has filed a criminal compliant and affidavit of probable cause against Benyamin Tobet TAYLOR, alleging he committed the crimes of Altered, Forged or Counterfeit Documents and Plates and Trademark Counterfeiting, along with the summary vehicle code violation Operation of Vehicle without Valid Inspection.
On 05/04/2022 around 1:41 PM, the vehicle driven by TAYLOR was stopped in the 000 Block of North Broad Street. During the traffic stop, it is alleged that TAYLOR displayed counterfeit annual safety inspection stickers on his vehicle. TAYLOR has been summoned to appear in District Court for a preliminary arraignment and a preliminary hearing.
TAYLOR is presumed innocent.
