LITITZ BOROUGH - The LBPD patrol function filed a criminal complaint and affidavit of probable cause against Kordelle Jamir STEWART, age 23, of Lancaster, alleging he committed the crimes of Driving Under the Influence and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, along with the summary traffic offenses of Driving While Operating Privilege is Suspended or Revoked, Operation of Vehicle without Valid Certificate of Inspection, Operating following Suspension of Registration and Required Financial Responsibility.
On 11/29/2022 around 12:58 am, the LBPD responded to a report of STEWART's vehicle parked in the middle of the roadway and STEWART alleged to be passed-out in the driver's seat. It is alleged that STEWART, who was awoken by officers, was found to be under the influence. It is also alleged that STEWART was found to be in possession of drug paraphernalia. STEWART was transported to the hospital and subsequently provided samples of his blood. The results of that testing are still pending. STEWART was then transported to Lancaster County Central Booking where he was afforded an immediate preliminary arraignment. A preliminary hearing has been scheduled.
STEWART is presumed innocent.
