LITITZ BOROUGH - The LBPD patrol function filed a criminal complaint and affidavit of probable cause against Courtney C. SIZEMORE-MORRIS, age 36, of Lititz, alleging she committed the crimes of Strangulation, Terroristic Threats, Recklessly Endangering Another Person, Simple Assault and Harassment.
On 11/30/2022 around 9:50 PM, the LBPD responded to a residence located in the 600 Block of Kissel Hill Road for a reported disturbance. Through the course of the investigation, it is alleged that SIZEMORE-MORRIS grabbed the victim by their neck. The victim locked themselves in a bedroom of the home before SIZEMORE-MORRIS allegedly forced entry into the room. It is further alleged that SIZEMORE-MORRIS again applied pressure to the victim's neck and throat and also threatened to kill the victim. The victim sustained non-life-threatening injuries. SIZEMORE-MORRIS was taken into custody and transported to Lancaster County Central Booking where she was afforded an immediate preliminary arraignment. A preliminary hearing has been scheduled.
SIZEMORE-MORRIS is presumed innocent.
