LITITZ BOROUGH - The LBPD patrol function filed a criminal complaint and affidavit of probable cause against David Frederick SHAUB, age 61, of Lititz, alleging he committed the crime of Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol.
On 12/13/2022 around 12:44 pm, the LBPD responded to a 911 call after SHAUB was found inside his vehicle, unresponsive, in the 000 Block of East Orange Street. It is alleged that SHAUB was found to be under the influence of alcohol. As a result, a criminal complaint has been filed. A preliminary arraignment and preliminary hearing will be scheduled.
SHAUB is presumed innocent.
