LITITZ BOROUGH - The LBPD patrol function filed a summary non-traffic citation against Alexandr SANTOS-BERRIOS, age 47, of Lititz, alleging she committed a violation of the Lititz Borough dog ordinance after her dog was found running at large upon streets of the Borough. SANTOS-BERRIOS has been summoned to respond to District Court.
SANTOS-BERRIOS is presumed innocent.
