LITITZ BOROUGH - The LBPD patrol function has filed a summary non-traffic citation against Hailey N. READING, 23, of Lititz, alleging she violated the Lititz Borough Ordinance prohibiting dogs from running at large.
On 02/24/2023 around 6:32 pm, it is alleged that READING's dog was found running at large upon the streets of Lititz Borough. READING has been summoned to respond to District Court.
READING is presumed innocent.
