LITITZ BOROUGH - The LBPD patrol function filed a criminal complaint and affidavit of probable cause against Ryan Keith MUSSER, age 40, of Lititz, alleging he committed the crime of Simple Assault.
On 05/05/2022 around 8:40 PM, LBPD patrol officers responded to a residence in the 100 Block of South Broad Street for a domestic disturbance. As a result of the investigation, it is alleged that MUSSER committed the crime of simple assault against an adult female. An arrest warrant for MUSSER was obtained and he subsequently appeared for a preliminary arraignment which occurred on 05/09/2022. A preliminary hearing has been scheduled.
MUSSER is presumed innocent.
