LITITZ BOROUGH - The LBPD patrol function has filed a criminal complaint and affidavit of probable cause against Devon Lin MILLER, age 24, of Lancaster, alleging he committed the crime of Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol (DUI), and the summary traffic offenses of Driving Unregistered Vehicle and Vehicle Turning Left.
On 03/14/2021 at 1:54 AM, an LBPD patrol officer stopped the vehicle that MILLER was driving after making observations of unsafe driving. During the traffic stop, it is alleged that MILLER was found to be under the influence of alcohol and was taken into custody. Evidential testing of MILLER's breath indicated a 0.090% BrAC. MILLER was released from custody and has been summoned to appear in District Court.
MILLER is presumed innocent.
