The LBPD arrested Jessica Lynn HAMBY, age 23, of Lititz for Hindering Apprehension.
On 12/01/2019 at around 0134hrs, LBPD and Manheim Township Officers were notified by HAMBY of a wanted person inside her residence. HAMBY then notified the wanted person that Officers were outside. HAMBY then lied stating that the wanted person was not inside the residence. Officers did then locate the wanted person inside a utility closet. HAMBY was then arrested and transported to Central Booking were she was arraigned and released. A preliminary hearing will be scheduled.
HAMBY is presumed innocent.
