The LBPD has filed a criminal complaint against Jason Harrison HACKNEY, age 33, of Leola, for Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol (DUI), Driving while operating privilege is suspended or revoked and Duties at stops signs.
On 10/22/2018 at 2:21am, an officer stopped a vehicle driven by HACKNEY after observing the vehicle fail to properly stop at two stop signs. During the course of the stop, police discovered that HACKNEY was under the influence of alcohol and his driver’s license was suspended. HACKENY was taken into custody and transported to the station. While at the station HACKNEY provided samples of his breath, which indicated he had a 0.119% BAC. HACKNEY was later released from custody and will be summoned to appear for preliminary arraignment and a preliminary hearing.
HACKENY is presumed innocent.
