LITITZ BOROUGH - The LBPD patrol function has filed a criminal complaint and affidavit of probable cause against Toby Joe ENCK, age 34, alleging he committed the crimes of Defiant Trespass and Simple Trespass.
On 02/25/2023 around 10:37 pm, the LBPD responded to a complaint of ENCK being found on privately-owned property which he had previously been warned against trespassing on. ENCK was taken into custody and transported to Lancaster County Central Booking for preliminary arraignment. A preliminary hearing will be scheduled.
ENCK is presumed innocent.
