LITITZ BOROUGH - The LBPD patrol function has filed a summary non-traffic citation against Robert T. CRUTCHFIELD, age 62, of Lititz, alleging he committed the crime of Public Drunkenness.
On 03/10/2023 around 2:27 pm, the LBPD along with EMS were dispatched to the 300 Block of North Broad Street (SR0501) for a 911 call of a male found lying on the sidewalk, bleeding and injured. It was discovered that CRUTCHFIELD was manifestly under the influence of alcohol and sustained non-life-threatening injuries which were related to the intoxication. CRUTCHFIELD was transported by ambulance for hospital-based care. CRUTCHFIELD has been summoned to respond to District Court.
CRUTCHFIELD is presumed innocent.
