On 07 March 2017 Off. Gunnet responded to 400 Park City Center, JC Penney, for a complaint of a retail theft that had just occurred. Loss Prevention employess informed Off. Gunnet that the subject pictured in this case was suspected of taking merchandise out of the store without paying.
The male in the attached photo is a suspect in a retail theft case. The incident occurred on 23 Dec 2016. In this case, the suspect fled on foot from Loss Prevention. The suspect ran across Plaza Blvd. to the covered bridge along Shreiner Station Rd. in East Hempfield Twp.
On Wednesady 08 February 2017 at 1854 hrs. Officer Conard and Officer Blanchflower responded to Smiley's Deli at 402 N. Duke St. for a report of a Robbery that had just occured.
Officers were told that an unknown B/M dressed in a gray zip-up hooded sweatshirt had entered the store. The suspect was described as being approximately 6'02" in height with a large build.
On Monday November 21, 2016 at approximately 2317 hrs. an unknown male entered the Turkey Hill store at 410 E. Chestnut St. The suspect approached the counter and displayed a semi-automatic handgun. The suspect demanded cash and then fled the store on foot. The suspect was last observed walking east away from the store.
On Thursday September 29, 2016 at 1728 hrs. Off. Blough took a report of a theft of a purse from a business on the 1st blk. N. Duke St. The victim reported seeing an unknown black male, 17-18 years old, last seen wearing: ball cap, denim jacket and sneakers. The suspect entered the business through a back door and stole the victim's wallet from her purse.
On Sunday September 4, 2016 at approximately 4:00pm a customer at Home Goods had a wallet stolen during a distraction ruse. (4) females suspects worked together to commit the theft. One suspect spoke to the victim while the others stole the wallet from a purse in a shopping cart. The victim described that the suspect that spoke had some type of unknown accent.
On Saturday July 16, 2016 at approximately 8:49 am a Trek Navigator bicycle, green in color, was stolen from a residence on the 100 blk. E. Orange St.
