On 07 March 2017 the Lancaster City Bureau of Police posted a video of that theft that had occurred on 01 March 2017 on the 500 blk. S. Queen St. The suspets in that incident were identified as Jose Malave-Torres and Adelaida Santiago. Malave-Torres was arrested on an unrelated theft incident on 09 March 2017 and is current being held at LCP in lieu of $5,000 bail.
Sgt. Richard Mendez continued the follow up investigation on the theft incident from 01 March 2017. A criminal complaint was filed before MDJ Witkonis charging Santiago with (1) County Theft by Unlawful Taking (M3). Santiago is not in custody and a warrant has been issued for her arrest. Santiago's last know address was on the 300 blk. S. Prince St. but the criminal complaint lists her as homeless.
