SEU Search Warrant and Arrests 700 blk. Manor St. 1/10/2020

On Friday January 10, 2020 shortly before 1400 hrs. members of the Lancaster Bureau of Police, Selective Enforcement Unit (SEU) executed a Search Warrant at a home on the 700 blk. Manor St.  SEU was assisted by Lancaster County Special Emergency Response Team (SERT) and Patrol Officers. The Search Warrant was part of an investigation involving the sales and distribution of illicit narcotics.

As Officers were establishing a perimeter around the residence, one of the targets of the investigation, identified as William Kritser, attempted to flee the residence by exiting a 2nd floor window onto a rooftop. Officers were able to apprehend W. Kritser and got him back in the house. 

Once the residence was checked and secured SERT was cleared from the scene by 1415 hrs. Members of SEU remained at the scene to execute the Search Warrant. 

The search yielded quantities of Methamphetamine, Crack Cocaine, Marijuana, Suboxone and LSD as well as US currency related to the sale of those substances. 

As a result of the search charges were filed against (3) suspects. Charged were:

Robert Kritzer M/55 700 blk. Manor St. Lancaster, PA

Charged with (5) Counts Possession With Intent to Deliver (PWID) (Methamphetamine, Crack Cocaine, Marijuana, Suboxone and LSD) (F)

Criminal Conspiracy (PWID) (F)

Possession Drug Paraphernalia (M)

Arraigned and committed to LCP in lieu of $100,000 bail

William Kritzer M/49  700 blk. Manor St. Lancaster, PA 

Charged with (5) Counts Possession With Intent to Deliver (PWID) (Methamphetamine, Crack Cocaine, Marijuana, Suboxone and LSD) (F)

Criminal Conspiracy (PWID) (F)

Possession Drug Paraphernalia (M)

Arraigned and committed to LCP in lieu of $300,000 bail. William Kritser also had a Criminal Complaint from PSP charging him with PWID (F). That added an additional $150,000 bail.

All persons accused of a crime are presumed innocent unless proven guilty in court.
