EVIDENCE SEIZED:           1)  422 grams of marijuana, approximate street value $1,400.00

                                                2)  Two digital scales

                                                3)  Numerous plastic bags for packaging

                                                4)  $1,068.00 in US currency

On August 4, 2017 (Fri.) officers assigned to the police bureaus Selective Enforcement Unit (SEU) conducted a vehicle stop in the 500 blk. N. Marshall St. on a silver Audi station wagon for an equipment violation.  Upon approach to the vehicle officers detected a strong odor of marijuana emanating from the interior of the car.  The driver, Jerome Larue, and passenger, Kevin Farlow, were removed from the vehicle.  A subsequent search of the car yielded the aforementioned evidence concealed in a black backpack located in the center of the rear seat.  Both occupants were arrested without incident.

Both suspects were charged by Officer Flurry with Possession With intent to Deliver Marijuana and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia before DJ Jimenez.
