Between the listed hours an unknown person(s) stole a blue Rhino mountain bike that was left in front of the residence while victim was inside the residence.

Jacob Michael Castillo, 27, homeless and Ronald Carenard-Jones, 27, also homeless where found at the listed location under the influence. Carenard Jones was arrested and charged with Public Drunkenness. Castillo was found to be in possession fo 160 wax paper baggies containing suspected Heroin residue. Castillo was arrested and charged with Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Public Drunkenness.
600 BLK TOPAZ DR
7/12/2017 BETWEEN 0025 HRS AND 0045 HRS
Hilary Caleb Gbotoe, 19 of the 600 block Topaz Drive, Lancaster PA had threatened to burn down his residence at the listed location. Gbotoe was observed at the listed location at the listed location on above listed date between the listed times. Gbotoe was arrested and charged with Risking Catastrophe DV and Stalking DV.

Reporting person / victim stated that he had a call from a male that he owed money to. The male threatened to do damage the vehicle which was parked to the rear of his residence on Mill Street.

On the above listed date and time and unknown suspect gained entry to the victim’s home while they were asleep and stole victim’s wallet and it’s contents.

It was reported that a white male, 31 years of age and a white female, 31 years of age were engaged in a verbal argument over the repossession of the female’s vehicle. No assault occurred.

600 PARK CITY CENTER
OCCURRED 7/16/2017 1532 HRS
On the above listed date and time a 17 year old, white male was observed concealing a pair of sunglasses into a shopping bag. The juvenile then passed all points of entry and exited the store without paying for said item. The juvenile was arrested and charged with Retail Theft.
200 BLK LAUREL ST
OCCURRED 7/16/2017 0030 HRS
On the above listed date and time an unknown suspect(s) entered the victim’s side yard and gained entry to the victims small equipment shed. Two trash cans were moved from in front of the shed door. Nothing appeared to be taken.
1st BLK. W. ORANGE ST.
OCCURRED 7/16/2017 0203 HRS.
Officers responded to the area after reports of a fight in-progress were received. Officers arrived and a 19 year old male from York ran from the area of the fight. The male was stopepd a short distance from the fight. He was found to have a slash wound across the abdomen. Officers administered First Aid unti he could be transported to the hospital for treatment. Officers spoke with all parties involved, to include the person that had the knife. That person was transported to the station to be interviewed. After speaking with witnesses, it was found that a male arrived on W. Orange St, to give a ride to friends that had been at a bar. While waiting , the male was attacked by a group of 6-7 unknown B/M's. The male told Officers that he had pulled out the knife in self-defense and at least one of the attackers had been cut as a result. The investigating Officers were in consulation with the Lancaster County District Attorney's Office. No charges have been filed as of 17 July 2017. Reporting person / victim stated that she had recently ended a relationship with a Black male, 26 years of age. The male had the key to her residence and threaten that he was not finished with the relationship and was going to come to her residence. Also the victim had been receiving Facebook messages stating that she needs to be careful cause the male has been know to break into homes.
