Reporting person / victim stated she was unaware that she had dropped her wallet in front of her home. Victim stated stated that sometime on the above listed date between the listed times an unknown suspect found her wallet and took it’s contents. The victim found the emptied wallet in front of her address.

R/P stated a package containing 10k gold 5.3 light curb bracelet and necklace set that was delivered via UPS was never received at his address. Ongoing Investigation.

Reporting person / victim stated that on the above listed date and time an unknown suspect took her laundry from the dryer in the laundry room.

Eric Estrada Stewart, 40, of the 300 block West King Street, Lancaster was engaged in an argument with the victim. During the argument Stewart pulled out a knife and threatened to do bodily harm to the victim. Stewart was arrested and charged with Terroristic Threats.

Reporting person / victim stated that on the above listed date and time he parked his vehicle at the listed location while he visited his family. When he returned to his vehicle the registration plate was missing from his vehicle.

On the above listed date and time officers responded to a shots fired call. Officers checked the area but did not locate any evidence of a shooting.
W WALNUT ST AND N QUEEN ST
OCCURRED 6/18/2020 BETWEEN 2100 HRS AND 2145 HRS
Reporting person / victim stated that on the above listed date and between the listed times, an unknown suspect stole his 2007 GMC Yukon Denali XL Black in color from where it was parked at the listed location. The vehicle was locked at the time of the incident.

Reporting person / victim stated that three suspect attempted to fight him but he was able to get into his house. The dispute was over the victim punching one of the suspect’s girlfriend. The victim’s children who were playing in the backyard went to the front to see what the commotion was. The children stated that when they saw the suspect he pointed a gun at them.

OCCURRED BETWEEN 6/19/2020 1700 HRS AND 6/20/2020 2100 HRS
Reporting person / victim stated that they parked her vehicle in front of her residence around 1700 hrs. on 19 June 2020 hrs. and that when she returned to her vehicle the same evening at 2100 hrs. her bike was missing from the bike rack on the vehicle.

Reporting person / victim reported that sometime between the above listed dates and times, an unknown suspect pried open a door on property he had been working on due to fire damage. Once inside the listed location the suspect(s) stolen work lights, a Sawzall and two mops.

Reporting person found three bags of suspected heroin at the listed location. The suspected bags were turned into the police to be destroyed.

Reporting person / victim stated that he had been robbed by a Black girl and three Hispanic males who displayed a knife. The suspect punched him several times and pushed him to the ground before taking his wallet and cash.

Reporting person / victim stated that on the above listed date and time she lost her cell phone in Binns Park. When she pinged her phone it appeared that on unknown suspect had taken the phone.

Angela Marie Hornberger, 34, of the 1500 block West Main Street, Ephrata, PA was observed by store security selecting a Dewalt drill impact kit entered the restroom and removed it from the box and concealed it in her handbag before exiting the location without paying for said item. Hornberger was arrested and charged with Retail Theft.

OCCURRED 6/25/2020 BETWEEN 1500 HRS AND 1900 HRS
Reporting person / victim stated that she sometime between the above listed date and time and unknown suspect took her flip flops from where he left them in the hallway of her apartment. Victim reported that over several years items from several tenants in the building have gone missing.

Reporting person stated that a syringe was found in a recycle bin. Office took possession of the item and disposed of it.
400 BLK N MARKET ST
OCCURRED 6/27/2020 0211 HRS
Reporting person stated that on the above listed date and time her son had heard loud bangs. The child did see a white male, wearing a white T-shirt, khaki Shorts, a white face mask with some sort of design on it, was skinny and of medium height in the area shooting a gun. Offices located shell casings in the described areas. No Damage was found in the area. Officers collected the casings and placed it in evidence.

Reporting person advised that two unknown black males in their late teens struck him in the face for no reason. Victim stated that the males were back, medium complexion , wearing red bandanas on their heads and white tank tops. Victim had no visible injuries.
