520 HERSHEY AVE / TURKEY HILL MINIT MARKET
OCCURRED 05/28/2019 AT 2149 HRS
Officers dispatched to listed location on the listed date and time for a report of retail theft. Reporting person / employee stated he was working the counter when five males entered the store. One of males, identified as Debron McCain, 21 yr old B/M, 200 block W Main St., Mountville, PA went behind the counter, took two full boxes of Blackwoods Honey All Natural Leaf Wrapper cigarellos and exited the store without paying for the items. Another one of the five males, took a store plastic bag, filled it with three half gallon Turkey Hill Ice Teas and Cheetos and exited the store without paying for the items. The reporting person stated the other three males did not take anything from the store. After exiting the store, all five males entered a silver sedan parked in the store parking lot. McCain was charged and cited with Retail Theft before MDJ Witkonis.
440 W CHESTNUT ST / DIAMANTONI FAMILY PRACTICE
OCCURRED BETWEEN 05/24/2019 AT 1700 HRS AND 05/28/2019 AT 0745 HRS
Officers responded to the listed location on 05/28/19 at 0814 hrs for a report of burglary. Reporting person / nurse stated she entered the rear parking lot on 05/28/19 at 0745 hrs and noticed the rear door had pry marks on it. She entered the office and noticed every door was open to the patient rooms, offices and lunchroom that were normally kept closed. Cabinets, desk drawers and file drawers were found open and some of the contents were scattered on the floor. Cash boxes were out of place. Cash and two Social Security cards, left behind by patients, were missing out of the cash boxes. A partially used prescription pad was also missing. Upon arrival, Dr. Diamantoni stated he was the last person to leave the office on 05/24/19 at 1700 hrs. Officers inspected and collected evidence from the scene. Investigation ongoing.
100 BLOCK S QUEEN ST-HOWELLS AUTO GLASS

Upon arrival at the listed location, I spoke with reporting person who stated two males were loitering outside of his store. When he told them to leave, the males began arguing with him. As the two males walked away, one made a statement to the reporting person that he was going to shoot him, so he went back inside and called police. Charges to be filed if able to identify the suspect.
500 BLOCK HERSHEY AVE-TURKEY HILL
OCCURRED 05/29/2019 2059 HRS
Reporting person/victim stated 7 black unknown males attempted to rob him. When he would not give them his money they all began punching and kicking him. A clerk in the store observed the fight, tried to pull the subjects off and yelled for them to leave the store. During the assault, one of the suspects pushed the victim into the fountain soda counter causing him to strike his head. Subjects ran towards a dark red van that was parked in the parking lot that was next to the Turkey Hill. It was determine that the 7 suspects fled in a maroon Ford Windstar. Wandy Germain, 19yr old B/M, 100 block Turnbridge Dr., Lancaster, PA was charged with 1 count of Robbery, 1 count of Criminal Conspiracy, 2 counts of Simple Assault.

Raymond B Walters 32 yrs old W/M, Homeless was stopped in the first block of N Queen St. He was found to be in possession of one blue and purple in color glass pipe used to smoke marijuana or synthetic marijuana. Walters was charges with possession of drug paraphernalia before DJ Roth.

Reporting person stated that during the evening hours he heard shots fired. The next morning he noticed that his bookcase that was on his property had been struck.

Reporting person stated that between the above listed dates and times an unknown suspect broke into the Cisco’s Pavilion. The Pavilion sustained damage during the break-in and cash was taken from the register.

On the above listed date and time Officer responded to a Weapons call. Upon arrival officers were unable to find the individual and weapon reporting in the incident.

On the above listed date it was reported that on two separate occasions two men were observed removing merchandise for the store. The suspects were described as Hispanic males, 20-30 years of age and black medium hair in an afro style. No further description available

Patricia J Dunbore , 54. of the 1600 block Oak Lane, Lancaster was observed at the listed location under the influence concealing merchandise and exiting the listed location without making payment for the merchandise. Dunbore was arrested and charged with Public Drunkenness and Retail Theft.

On the above listed date and time it was reported that a unknown black male, 17-22, wearing gray shots, white t-shirt and what looked to be an orange and red bandana entered the listed location and selected some fruit cups eat them and selected a tasty cake and exited the store without paying for the items.

Unknown person(s) stole two bicycles that were on the front porch between the listed times. Victim stated that the one bike was a black in color Raliegh and the other one was blue in color Schwinn brand.
700 BLOCK MANOR ST
OCCURRED 06/03/2019 BETWEEN 1330 HRS AND 1445 HRS
Reporting person / victim reported a theft from the listed location. Victim stated he was riding his scooter around town to collect rent from several of his rental properties on the listed date. When he arrived at the listed location at approximately 1330 hours, he parked his scooter inside the enclosed porch and began collecting rent from the apartments and then fixed some plumbing. When he was finished at approximately 1445 hours, he went back outside to his scooter and noticed his black market bag was missing that contained a phone, keys, cash, checks and money orders. He searched the outside of the property and the basement but could not locate his missing bag. Victim could not recall the exact location of where he had left his bag but believes he may have left it on the back of his scooter by mistake, instead of taking it inside with him as usual. Investigation ongoing.

Reporting person stated that during a barbecue someone stole her rent money from her purse. Monica Rachelle Green, 43, of the 1000 block East Market Street, Lancaster PA was in attendance and admitted to officers that she had taken the cash. Green was arrested and charged with Theft by Unlawful taking.

Officers conducted a traffic stop and conducted a search of the vehicle. The search of the vehicle yielded drug paraphernalia. Carlos Jamie Burgos, 29, of the 900 block South Duke Street, Lancaster PA was arrested and charged with Possession of Controlled Substance, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Registration Required

Employee / Witness stopped suspect on the listed date and time who concealed merchandise in her purse with intent to deprive the business at the listed location of the value of the merchandise. Suspect was stopped by the witness and all merchandise was recovered. Suspect, identified as Marisa Taylor, 28 year old, W/F of East Lancaster St., Red Lion was charged by an Officer for Retail Theft before MDJ Sponaugle.

Reporting person / victim reported a theft of an EBay package containing car parts from the listed location on the listed date. Victim stated the package was delivered on 05/17/2019 by FedEx at an unknown time. The package was left on the victim’s porch. Delivery confirmation for the package was received but no signature required.

Victim stated while he was at the establishment he left his Red in color Iphone10 on the counter while he retrieved a drink from the refrigerator. When he returned to the counter the cell phone was missing. Victim stated he then observed an unknown H/B female with his cellphone in her hands. He did not confront the female out of fear and followed her out the front door, where she entered a blue in color Honda. Ongoing Investigation.

Reporting person stated when she checked her mail upon returning home from work, a small padded manila envelope had been cut open, the contents removed, and envelope placed back into her mailbox.

Reporting person / victim stated that on the above listed date and time, she heard a noise outside her window. When she looked out she observed a young Hispanic male., 15-16, with a man bun pony tail, wearing a black hoodie and jean short removing the victim’s BMX bike from the yard and ride away from the location on the bicycle.
