Officers responded to a report of shots fired at the listed location.  Officers located two shell casing at the listed location.  The casings were collected and placed in evidence.  Ongoing investigation.

OCCURRED 3/15/2020 BETWEEN 0100 HRS AND 0148 HRS

Reporting person / victim reported that on the above listed date between the listed times he left his skateboard leaning against the exterior wall of the listed location.  During that time dozens of people were outside.  He stated that shortly after he noticed that the skateboard was gone.

Kurt Zackary Farmer, 28, of the 500 block East Orange Street, Lancaster PA was observed at the listed location and found to be under the influence.  Responding officer also found Farmer to also be in possession of a controlled substance.  Farmer was arrested and charged with Public Drunkenness and Possession of a controlled Substance.

Rafael Maldonado, 47, of the 200 block S Prince St, Lancaster, PA was arrested and charged with possession of drug paraphernalia before MDJ Wikonis during a traffic stop in the 100 block of S Water St.

OCCURRED 03/13/2020 1259HRS

Michael Riehl, 56, 2000 block Lyndon Ave, Lancaster, PA was arrested and charged with 1 count of Possession of Controlled Substance (M) and 1 count of Possession Drug Paraphernalia all before MDJ Richardson when he was observed on a bench outside the Lancaster Convention Center placing a green substance into his  right cargo packet as an attempt to conceal the item. The controlled substance along with the open loose cigar wrapper was recovered from the Michael Riehl left cargo pocket.

OCCURRED 03/13/2020 1446HRS

Two juvenile subjects  selected  multiple pieces of Nike apparel along with two Nike headbands. They proceeded to the jewelry department where they  selected a  Sterling Silver Ring removed the security alarm tag from the box and concealed  the ring into their backpack. Both subjects. exited the store, passing all points of sale, failing to render payment or the merchandise. Juveniles cited for Retail Theft.

500 WOODWARD ST

OCCURRED 3/15/2020 BETWEEN  2100 HRS  AND 2313 HRS

A private vehicle dropped off a 20 year old male resident of Lancaster Twp. at the LGH emergency medicine department. The male had been shot with shotgun bird-shot. The penetration of the bird shot was not too deep and the victim was able to be treated and released from the hospital the same night. The victim told Officers varying accounts of what had happened and more than one location where the incident occurred. The location of Woodward St. near E. Strawberry St. is being carried as the location for the report. No evidence was located at any of the locations provided by the victim.   An investigation to the incident is ongoing.

Reporting person stated that he heard two possible gun shots but did see anything.  Responding officers checked the area did not locate any evidence at the location.

Reporting person stated that sometime between the above listed dates and times, an unknown suspect(s) gained entry to the residence at the listed location and stole several tools belonging to contractors working in the residence.

Reporting person / victim stated that after he paid the male subject were engaged over a Facebook message the victim had received from an unknown female over the money the victim owed the male.  The male then threatened to shoot the victim.

Reporting person stated that sometime between the above listed dates and times, an unknown suspect did her son’s mountain bike from the back yard of their residence.

Mercedez Sarah Davido, 23, of the 600 block East Marion Street, Lancaster, PA was engaged in a verbal altecation with the victim which turned physical.  During the altercation Davido did threaten the victim with a knife.  Davido was arrested and charged with Simple Assault/ Physical Menace and Terroristic Threats.

A 2006 black, Dodge, Charger reported stolen out of Manheim Township on March 14, 2020 has been located at the listed location.  Manheim Twp. Police will conduct follow up investigation.

It was reported that on the above listed date and time, Melina Sanders, 29, of the 900 block Valley Street, Baltimore MD, attempted to pass a fraudulent check at the drive through at the listed location.  Sanders was arrested and charged with Forgery.  A vehicle that was suspected of being involved in the incident by an employee found Brandon BIsh, 27,of the 400 block Patuxent Rd, Odenton MD was found to have an outstanding warrant and was arrested and charged with Fugitive from Justice.

Reporting person / victim stated that on the above listed date and time, four males ages 14-15 came to her house looking for daughter.  After they left the location the victim noticed money missing.  The suspects were located and two of the suspect were found to have the cash on them.  The two juveniles was arrested and charged Theft by Unlawful Taking and Criminal Conspiracy.

OCCURRED 3/21/2020 0338 HRS

Bryan Lamont Hall, 35, of the 800  block N Duke Street, Lancaster PA, was under the influence and engaged in a verbal argument with his girlfriend which turned physical.  Hall physically assaulted the victim causing her minor injury.   Hall also struck an Lancaster City officer.  Hall was arrested and charged with Simple Assault, Aggravated Assault and Public Drunkenness.

On the above listed date and time it was reported that the victim with a friend had been walking in the area of Rodney Park when an unknown group of young males shot her with what she believed to be a BB gun.  The only description the victim could give was one of the males was heavy set, one was wearing black and one was wearing red.

On the above listed date and time it was reported that there were individuals shooting at vehicles. Officers located casing and several vehicles were damaged. At least one residence on Fairview Ave. was damaged by gunfire (discovered the following day). Ongoing investigation

Reporting person / victim stated that while she was cleaning out her deceased family member residence she found credit cards belonging to her family member.  She placed them in a bag and when she returned the credit cards were missing.

Reporting person stated that on the above listed date and time an unknown suspect(s) gained entry to the listed location and stole multiple items including two handguns, cash, IPad, PlayStation, jewelry and miscellaneous items.

Officers stopped the responded to a call regarding two people in a vehicle throwing things out of the vehicle.  Officer found Eric Kubic, 46, of the 1st block Fairmount Driver, Kirkwood PA to have suspended license and a search of the vehicle ensued. 

Kubic and his companion Trina Drum, 31, of the 100 block of South Prince Street, Lancaster PA  were found to be in possession drug paraphernalia and controlled substances.  Both were arrested and charged with Possession of Controlled Substance and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.  Kubic was also charged with Driving Under Suspension
