OCCURRED 3/17/2017 0810 HRSG
Ramon J Colon, 46, 300 block South Broad Street, Lancaster PA, was at the listed location when he was hit with a snowball. Colon became enraged and began to verbally and physically abuse the juvenile who struck him with the snowball. Colon grabbed the juvenile and shook him before throwing the juvenile to the ground. Colon also began yelling and cursing at a parent who confronted him. Colon was charged with Disorderly Conduct and Harassment.

OCCURRED BETWEEN 3/16/2017 1200 HRS AND 3/17/2017 1106 HRS
Victim reported that sometime between the above listed dates and times an unknown suspect(s) removed his wallet from his jacket pocket while he was working. The wallet was found by officers and returned to victim. Victim stated that only the cash which was in the wallet was taken.

Sometime between the above listed dates and times an unknown suspect(s) stole three mini IPADs from the listed location.
50 W STRAWBERRY ST
OCCURRED 3/17/2017 2218 HRS
Reporting person / victim stated that an Hispanic male, approximately 5’6” talk with a thin build wearing a dark sweatshirt and jeans come to his office asking to rent a room. While there the suspect asked to borrow money from the victim. When the victim told him he didn’t have any to lend him the suspect approached the victim in a threatening manner. The victim asked the suspect to leave and was showing him out when the suspect reached into the victims pants pocket. A struggled ensued where the suspect sustained an cut to his lip. Upon fleeing the suspect threaten the victim for causing him the injury to his lip.

OCCURRED 3/18/2017 0253 HRS
Reporting person / victim stated that on the above listed date their silver, 2005, Mazda, Mazda3 had been stolen from Level 3 of the Penn Square Parking garage where it had been parked while the victim were at the holiday festivities in the area. The vehicle was located by officers on the second floor on the East side of the garage. The vehicle was not damaged but the glove box had been dumped with the contents scattered over the front seat and floor area. The vehicle was locked at the time of the incident.

OCCURRED 3/18/2017 1945 HRS
Reporting person / victim reported that while he was standing in front of Torres Grocery Store, an unknown person ran up behind him and grabbed a small green bag he was holding under his right arm. The unknown person then ran and unknown direction. The bag contained a check book and US currency.
600 BLK. OCEAN AVE.
OCCURRED 3/20/2017 0101 HRS.
Officers from Platoon A responded to the 600 blk. Ocean Ave. after multiple calls for shots fired were received. Upon arrival, Officers did not locate any suspects. At least (4) parked/unoccupied vehicles were struck by gunfire, resulting in damge to those vehicles. At least one home on the block was struck by gunfire on the front of the building as well as through a front window. No injuries were reported as a result of this. Officers located and collected over 3 dozen spent shell casings along the block.
