Officers located a silver 2000 Chrysler Grand Voyager which was reported stolen through Lancaster City on February 23, 2016 parked behind the row of garages facing Hand Avenue.

Reporting person stated that an unknown Black male entered the store and took a bottle of Absolute Vanilla Vodka (750 ml), placed it under his winter jacket and left the store without paying.

OCCURRED 2/25/16 0150HRS
Victim (male, 20’s) and a female friend were in the parking lot of listed location. Victim exited the vehicle and observed an unknown male wearing a dark hooded sweatshirt. When the unknown male asked victim to come over another unknown person(s) struck him in the back of his neck and victim fell to the ground. While victim was on the ground the male in the hoodie approached him and took cash out of his front jeans pocket. Both suspects were last seen running off in an unknown direction. Female friend then drove the victim to a local hospital where he was treated for minor scrape and a neck strain as a result of assault.

A 16-year-old male was walking in the 200 blk of Park Ave. when he overheard two males arguing and fighting in the entryway of Maple Ave. Victim stated he stepped in between the two males and attempted to separate them when one of the males pulled out a box cutter or knife and slashed at the victims left arm. Victim stated he ran home then ran to local hospital for treatment of minor slash wound. Ongoing investigation.

An unknown suspect stole a silver 1997 Honda Civic DX from parking lot to the rear of the residence.

An unknown suspect approximately 6’0”-6’3” with a heavy build gained entry to location damaging the door. The suspect then stole cash and coins from the safe of location.

Leover Lorenzo-Del Toro, 23, of the 1300 block West 29th Street, Hialeah Florida was observed entering the fragrance department and selecting 1 Lacoste Men’s Fragrance and concealing it in his Kohls bag. Lorenzo-Del Toro then exited the location without paying for said item. Lorenzo-Del Toro was then arrested and charged with Retail Theft.

Reporting Person reported that he had purchased a red and black 1998 Mazda Protégé on social media. When he went to register and change the title into his name, he was informed that the vehicle was listed as a stolen vehicle. Officers took possession of the vehicle which was driven to the Police Station. Ongoing investigation.

Fredner Reserve, 30 of the 600 block East King Street, Lancaster PA who was already incarcerated at Lancaster County Prison was found to have an active warrant in Rhode Island through Providence Police Department. Reserve was charged with Arrest Prior to Requistion and is to be extradited to Rhode Island.

Alberto Duharte-Madiaceja, 50, of the 1st block West James St, Lancaster PA was involved in a hit and run accident in Lancaster. Duharte-Madiaceja was being pursued by East Hempfield Police Department for driving erratically, striking vehicles, crossing the center line and driving though yards. When Duharte-Madiaceja was finally stopped he was found to be under the influence. He was arrested and charged with DUI, Fleeing and Eluding, Reckless Driving and Accident to Unattended Vehicles/Property.

A Black male approximately 5’ 9”, wearing blue and white pants, white sneakers, a black jacket and having a shaved head was observed entering the location and picking up a receipt book with cash for the bill. Upon retrieving the receipt book the waitress noted the cash which was left for the bill was missing.

OCCURRED 2/26/2016 BETWEEN 2155 AND 2324 HRS
Reporting person stated that she was at a concert and took some pictures with her cell phone and laid it down on top of her backpack. After the concert she realized she had not placed her phone in her back pack and returned to the location to retrieve her cell phone, but the phone was no longer there.

Frank Kenneth Babitz, 38 of the 100 block Oak Court, Milford, PA and Laura Jean Neumann, 39 of the 100 block Pequot Ct, Milford PA were at the listed location when Neumann selected three items of Sephora Make-up giving them to Babitz to conceal and left the location without paying for said items. Both Babitz and Neumann were charged with Retail Theft.

Reporting person stated unknown person took medication from her residence.
100 BLK S QUEEN ST
OCCURRED 2/27/2016 BETWEEN 2155 AND 2215 HRS
Victim was walking north on South Queen St when he noticed a Black male, mid 20’s, approximately 6’2”, medium build wearing all black clothing and a Black female, mid 20’s, with dreadlocks with different colors in her hair walking close behind him. He crossed over to the other side of the street and soon after they also crossed over. The suspects then approached him with the male grabbing him and the female pointing a handgun at victim. The male began to empty the victim’s pockets and stole his Iphone, Debit Card and cash before fleeing south on South Queen Street.

Reporting person stated he was at the counter and had his phone lying on the counter. A fight broke out among the other patrons. When order was restored the victim discovered that his phone was missing.

Dennis Michael Comeau, 26, of the 1800 block Hemlock Rd, Lancaster PA selected two T-shirts and two knit hats and entered the fitting room and concealed the merchandise on his person. Suspect then left the store without paying for the items. Suspect was arrested and charged with Retail Theft.

Reporting person stated he was walking in the park when an unknown Black male, 20’s approximately 6’ , with an “Afro” hair style and an unknown White male, 20’s, wearing a gray hooded sweatshirt approached him. The black male struck punched the victim in the head and face approximately three times knocking him to the grown. The suspects then fled on foot.
