OCCURRED 2/21/2019 BETWEEN 0932HRS AND 0956 HRS
Reporting person/employee of the Save-a-Lot stated that a Hispanic male in his 40’s wearing a black knit hat, black jacket with a grey jacket underneath concealed items under his jacket and exited the store without paying.

Reporting person / victim stated that between the above listed dates and times and unknown suspect stole his license plate from his vehicle.

Reporting person stated that sometime on the above listed date and times, an unknown suspect entered his work vehicle through an unlocked side door and removed a hammer drill from the van.

Reporting person stated that on the above listed date a package was to have been delivered containing Timberland work boots. The victim believes that the package may have been stolen.

Reporting person stated that an unknown suspect stole her daughter’s cell phone from her book bag while she was at school . When they tried to track the phone it was said to be in the area of the 600 block Lank Street another attempt to track the phone showed the phone had been turned off.

OCCURRED 02/15/2019 BETWEEN 1150HRS AND 1250HRS
Reporting person/victim stated that an unknown suspect stole a package that was delivered to her residence per her Fed Ex records. This package contained artwork, a framed picture of horses approximately 30” x 40” in size.

Reporting person stated that he parked his silver in color Toyota in front of listed address. When he returned to his vehicle approximately 1300hrs 24 February 2019 he found his license plate stolen and the attached screws missing.

Store employee reported that 3 Juveniles enter the store and leave without making purchases. The Juveniles entered the store a second time and were observed taking items and dumping them inside their backpacks. All 3 Juveniles were then stopped by the employee and 2 were released to the parents and 1 was cited and released.

It was reported that a gray wooded skateboard was stolen from the trunk of a 2016 Kia Forte that was parked overnight at listed location.

Wendy Marie Wolff, 26, of the first block South Prince Street, Lancaster PA was engaged in an argument with the victim which turned physical. The victim sustained scratches which he said occurred during the argument. Wolff was arrested and charged with Simple Assault DV.

OCCURRED BETWEEN 2/20/2019 0900 HRS AND 2/25/2019 1550 HRS
Reporting person / victim stated that sometime between the above listed dates and times an unknown suspect did steal his license plate from her vehicle. The vehicle had been parked to the rear of a residence at the listed location.

Sometime on the above listed date and time the victim’s brother stole his brother’s PlayStation and sold it on line. Officer ad vise the defendant of disciplinary actions that could be taken if there was no restitution made to his brother.

Reporting person / victim stated that on the above listed date and time he observed two suspects steal a package that had been delivered and left on his porch. The suspect were seen fleeing south on New Dorwart Street toward Saint Joseph Street, Both subjects were Black males between 18 -30 years of age. Private surveillance photos below:
