Reporting person/victim reported that he has been getting prank phone calls and text messages. The caller only spoke Spanish but the conversation translated to vague threats toward the victim.

Officers recovered a Gold Toyota Prius parked facing west bound on the west side of the street in the 200blk of Beaver St. This vehicle was entered as stolen by the Pennsylvania State Police.

OCCURRED 12/06/2018 1830HRS

Reporting person/victim reported his silver and black Huffy bicycle was stolen on the N Duke Street side of Lancaster General Hospital. Victim related that the bike was not locked up at the time and his bike was not working right at the time of the theft.

George Edward McClain, 46, of the 1st block Hazel Street, Lancaster PA was identified as the suspect who took several soap related items and hid them in his clothing.  The suspect was arrested and charged with Retail Theft.

Alaina Cherise Wells, 21, and Kelsey McSorley, 22, both of the 2000 block Tulpehocken Road, Reading PA were observed concealing make up in their bags and past all points of sale without offering payment.  The two were arrested and charged with Retail Theft.

Richard B Rodriguez-Ysabel, 21, of the 500 block West Orange Street, Lancaster PA and a Hispanic juvenile male passenger were the subjects of a traffic stop.  The suspects were found to be in possession of marijuana.  Rodriguez-Ysabel arrested and charged with Possession of Small Amount of Marijuana, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Corruption of Minors and Driving Under Suspension.  The juvenile was also arrested and  charged with Possession of Small Amount of Marijuana.

Reporting person stated that at approx. 1321 hours 8 Dec. an employee of Parking Authority noticed that a parking meter was missing from Prince St and Walnut St.

Sherry L Stoltzfus W/57yrs old of 800blk Pequea Avenue, Gap PA was arrested and charged with Retail Theft(M) after store employee observed the suspect removing 2 Fragrance Gift sets, 2 Scarves, 4 Necklaces, 1 Bracelet, 2 Earrings, 2 Sweaters, and 1 vest.  Suspect was then observed taking the items into the fitting room with her and exiting with nothing in her hands but a Boscov’s shopping bag.  Suspect was then stopped after passing all points of sale without offering to pay.  All loot was recovered.

Officer conducted a person stopped and arrested Kevin Michael Ream, 36, of the 100 block Tracy Berg Road, Lancaster PA, on an open warrant through Lancaster City.

OCCURRED 12/10/2018 2000 HRS

The Victim stated that a white male, 57 and Matthew Eugene Henry, 20, of the 600 block St Joseph Street, Lancaster PA were engaged in a physical altercation

When the victim attempted to intervened in an effort to break up the fight, Henry knocked her to the floor and punched her in the head and face three to four times with a closed fist.  This caused the victim injury.  Henry was arrested and charged with Simple Assault.

Officer responding to a shots fired call in the same area found Jose Alfonzo Rivera, 29, of the 300 block East New Street, Lancaster PA who was involved in a disturbance.  Rivera was under the influence.  Rivera was arrested and charged with Public Drunkenness.

Reporting person/victim stated when she returned to her home at approximately 2230hrs on 12 December 2018 she found that her Sony PlayStation 3 along with 8 PlayStation 3 video games were not on her entertainment center.

Reporting person stated that six juvenile males had entered the store.  She observed one of the juvenile males wearing a black coat and blue jeans with holes, remove an Apple Lightening phone charger off the shelf, removing it from the packaging and placing it in his pocket.

Officer conducting a traffic stop for traveling without headlights during evening hours found Damon Cooney, 21, of the 900 block East Madison Street, Lancaster PA to be under the influence of alcohol.  Cooney was arrested and charged with DUI, Duties of Stop Signs and Periods Required Lighted Lamps.

On the above listed date between the listed times, Stacy Lynn Behler, 32, 432 Ruby Street, Lancaster PA did conceal merchandise and exited the location without paying full retail value of the merchandise.  Behler was arrested and charged with retail theft.
