Reporting person stated that a package had been delivered for a resident / victim  that had recently moved.  The reporting person was to deliver the package to the victim.  While the reporting person was getting ready to leave an unknown suspect took the package from where she had placed it.

On the above listed date and time, store security observed a juvenile, white female, 15 years of age select four items in the cosmetic department and then conceal them and attempted to leave the location without paying for said items.  The juvenile was arrested and charged with Retail Theft.

Reporting person / victim reported that on the above listed date and between the listed times an unknown suspect stole cash from the victim’s safe while she was not at home.

It was reported that two adult males were engaged in an argument and began to threatened one another over shoveling of snow on the sidewalk in front of their homes. .  Both subject were advised to stay away from each other.

Brenda Case, 53, of the 900 block N Shippen Street, Lancaster PA was observed on the above listed date and time selecting several pieces of merchandise throughout the store then concealed them inside her purse and pants.  Case was arrested and charged with Retail Theft.

It was reported that two juvenile females,  16 and 13 years of age were observed in the men’s department of the listed location concealing items into bags they were carrying.  Both suspect attempted to leave the location without paying for the items.  Both were arrested and charged with Retail Theft.

Reporting person / victim stated that on the above listed date and time two males were fighting.  The victim attempted to break up the fight when her phone fell from her hand.  One of the males picked up her phone and fled from the listed location and was last seen running west on West Mifflin Street towards South Prince Street.

Reporting person reported that on the above date and time the reporting person found a small bag of suspected crystal meth at the listed location.  Officers took possession of the small bag of suspected crystal meth which was disposed of.

Officers attempting to serve a warrant on a white female suspect, 21, at the listed location.  After the suspect was placed into custody she was found to have marijuana in her possession.  Officers also located clear blue baggies. Suspect to be charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.

Reporting person stated that an unknown male, wearing a black in color jacket with a red sweatshirt underneath, was observed taking an unknown bottle of alcohol from the store.

OCCURRED 1/6/2018 1825 HRS

Reporting person stated that an unknown Hispanic male, approximately 6 feet tall, medium build, wearing dark in color hooded zip up sweatshirt with the hood up, a black face mask covering his face from the nosed down, dark jeans and dark tennis shoes with white soles, entered the location.  The suspect pulled out a handgun and demanded the cash from the register.  Once the suspect got the cash he fled west on the 600 block High Street.

Reporting person stated she received a notification a package was delivered to her residence.  When she went to retrieve the package upon returning home the package was gone.

OCCURRED 1/6/2018 0201 HRS

Officers were at the scene when a group of males gathered in the parking lot.  The males were getting out of hand when one of the males was punched in the face by an unknown male and fell to the ground.  The group was uncooperative with police refusing to identify the person he struck the victim.  Officers cleared the lot.

Yasmin A Ramos-Torres, 40, o9” the 700 block Aaron Lane, Lancaster PA was the subject of a vehicle stop for driving recklessly.  Once stopped Ramos-Torres was found to be under the influence of alcohol and operating the vehicle with a suspended license.  Ramos-Torres was arrested and charged with DUI, Reckless Driving and Operating while Driving Privileges were Suspended.

While patrolling, officers located a stolen registration plate out of Dauphin County on a vehicle in the listed location.  The owner of the vehicle did not know when her registration was replaced with the stolen one.   Officers seized the plate to return to PennDot.

OCCURRED 1/7/2018 1200 Hrs

Reporting person /victim stated that after she had parked her vehicle at the listed location and hadn’t exited it yet when a vehicle pulled up in front of her vehicle.  The driver/ suspect of the vehicle, a black male known the victim, got out of his car and opened the victim’s door yelling and assaulting her.  A black female exited the suspect’s vehicle and possessing a handgun attempted to steal the victim’s cell phone.  The victim was able to retrieve the cell phone before female could get it.  The female suspect then reached into the vehicle and removed the victim’s handgun from between the driver’s seat and center console. After the suspects  stole the handgun the male stated that the victim could have her gun back when she paid him cash.  The two then got back into their vehicle and fled the scene north onto Prospect Street toward Manor Street.

Heintgie L Colon-Roque ,32, of the 500 block South Prince Street, Lancaster PA was the subject of a vehicle stop for an expired registration.  Colon-Roque was found to be in possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia.  Colon-Roque was arrested and charged with possession of a controlled substance possession of drug paraphernalia, driving under suspension and registration required.
