Officers located a dark blue 2003 GMC Yukon  which had been reported stolen on September 19.  The vehicle was located in the parking lot in the 800 block of South Lime Street.

Jonathan Mejias-Perez was the subject of a traffic stop for failing to signal when turning.  Mejias-Perez was found to be in possession of 2 corner tied baggies synthetic marijuana.  Mejias-Perez was arrested and charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance.

Reporting Person / victim stated that while he was at Milburn Park he was confronted by two suspects.  The suspects "jumped" the victim and during the fight his cell phone fell out of his pocket.  The suspect took the phone and fled.  The suspects were described as follows.  Suspect #1 was a male, 16-17 years of age wearing a red bandana and suspect #2 was a male, unknown age, wearing a black jacket and red shirt with white writing.

Reporting person/victim reported a stolen handgun at the listed location between the listed dates and times.  The handgun is black in color, Generation 4, 9mm, Glock 19 with nighttime glow sights containing a fully loaded magazine with 15 rounds of Remington Golden Saber HPJ 9mm ammunition.  Investigation continues.

Reporting person/victim stated one of the box trucks on his secure lot was stolen on 10/05/2018 around 0520hours. Vehicle is a white 2003 Ford E350 box truck with “Miller Pipeline Corp” writing on the driver and passenger side doors.

Store manager stated that a black male was in the meat section putting items in his personal bag, exiting the store and started for his bike. Police stopped subject, Herbert McClain 51, of the 1st block of Hazel St, Lancaster, PA was charged with Retail Theft (M2) before MDH Witkonis.

Reporting person stated that she was exiting the mall with her mother-in-law and daughter. As she approached the exit doors two suspects known to her approached her, spit on her and started a confrontation.  Subjects were cited with Disorderly Conduct and Harassment before DJ Sponaugle.

Reporting person/victim stated that he and his roommate were home alone when the doorbell rang. When he opened the door of his apartment, he was approached by (3) males. Suspect 1 described as a Hispanic male mid 20’s/thin build wearing gray shirt, gray hat, blue jeans no facial hair, Suspect 2 described as white mail mid 30’s/thin build wearing a black hoodie, black shirt and black pants, with a long reddish orange beard. Suspect 3 described as a black male mid 30’s/thin build wearing a NY Yankees hat. Suspects spoke to victim briefly and a fight broke out. Victim stated that all (3) three suspects started kicking and punching him. Victim sustained a swollen and cut lip along with several scratches on his forearms and was taken to a local hospital.

Victim stated he believed someone had stolen his wallet. As he was leaving the listed location on his way to Farnum Park, he realized his brown in color tri-fold was missing that was inside his green backpack.

Reporting person/victim stated that he 2001 silver colored Honda CRV belonging to her father was missing. She last parked the vehicle in the rear parking lot at the listed location. She stated that she rolled up all the windows and locked the vehicle, set the factory installed alarm system, keeping one key fob inside the vehicle. Vehicle was recovered 1108 hrs. 07 October 2018. Victim notified.

Store employee stated that a Hispanic Male, Medium Build, Beard, wearing a black hat, blue sweatshirt, purple/pink backpack removed one box of Snickers bars (48 bars) and one box of King Size Peanut M&Ms (24 packs) and place the loot in his back pack and then left the store on a mountain bike.

Rebecca McWilliams, 45, of the 600 block of Rockland St., Lancaster was engaged in an argument with a family member which turned physical.  McWilliams was arrested and charged with Simple Assault Domestic Violence.
