OCCURRED 10/9/2017 BETWEEN0938 HRS AND 0940 HRS

Reporting person / victim stated that an unknown suspect entered the listed location and picked up a flat of Monster energy drinks and took them without paying for them.  The suspect left the location and walked northbound toward Chesapeake Street.  The suspect was described as a Hispanic male, in his 30’s, approximately 5’7” tall, medium build, wearing black shorts, red hooded sweatshirt, blue, black and white colored sneakers with a star tattoo on his upper left cheek below his left eye.

On the above listed date and time a Hispanic male, 22 years of age, a store employee, did charge a customer for only four items out of fifteen items.  Suspect did agree to make restitution to the store.

Reporting person / victim stated that between the above listed date and times he was sitting in the driver’s side of his car when someone reached into his car and punched him twice upon his face.  No description was available for the suspect.

Reporting person  stated that an unknown white male between the ages of 13-16 approximately 5’ and weighing approximately 110 lbs. did open the front door to the listed location and stole a chip bag then fled on foot

Reporting person / victim advised that on the above listed date and time an unknown Hispanic male approximately 5’8”, thin build and wearing dark blue jeans and a dark colored sweatshirt gained entry to the listed location.  The suspect was startled when the victim had returned home and fled through the rear door.  Nothing seemed to have been taken from the residence at the time of the incident.

OCCURRED 10/2/2017 2146 HRS

Reporting person stated that an unknown black male entered the listed location to buy a beer.  While at the checkout the victim joked with the suspect and in returned the suspect became angry and then threatened to beat up the victim.  The suspect left the store and headed south on Shippen St.  The suspect was described as a Black male, unknown age, approximately 5’6”, with a patchy beard and a grey hat.

It was reported that two juveniles, a Black male and a White male both nine years of age assaulted each other causing minor injury to each other.
