OCCURRED 8/29/2017 1845 HRS,
Officers responded to Rodney Park for a compaint that (2) juvenile males had spray painted the Community Building at the park. Suspect descriptions were provided. Officers were able to locate the suspects and they were identified as such. The suspects are 10 and 14 years of age and both are residents of Lancaster City. The suspects were returned to their respective homes. Off. Conad will file juvenile allegations with Lancaster County Juvenile Probation when the damage amount has been finalized.

OCCURRED 8/29/2017 BETWEEN 0230 HRS AND 0304 HRS
Reporting person stated that on the above listed date and time and unknown male of medium build with medium dark skin wearing no shirt with a white shirt wrapped around his head, grey sweat pants, black Nike slide sandal and carrying a backpack gained entry to his residence. At the time of the report the reporting person noticed a white vape pen, a Xbox game console, wireless video game controller, assorted Xbox video games and a gold crucifix on a gold chain were missing from the residence.

Reporting person / victim stated that she was unsure if she had lost her medication or if it was stolen from her room at the listed location.

OCCURRED BETWEEN 8/25/2017 1500 HRS AND 08/28/2017 0415 HRS
Reporting person / victim stated that sometime between the above listed dates and times an unknown suspect(s) gained entry to the victim vehicle and stole a .45 caliber Highpoint semi-automatic handgun, a rachet set and a drill gun.

A 1999, brown, Buick, Century reported stolen on August 27, 2017 out of Lancaster City was located in the 1st block West Orange Street. Investigation continues.
568 MANOR ST / DEJESUS MINI MARKET
OCCURRED 8/23/2017 1945 HRS
Reporting person / victim stated that on the above listed date and time an unknown Hispanic female, 35-45 years of ages medium complexion, short brown hair entered the listed location and did take and conceal two Honey bun pastries in her bag and exited the location without paying for said items. The suspect had large tattoo on the outer portion of her right bi-cep and was wearing a yellow colored dress with thin shoulder straps and carrying a black large tote bag.

Reporting person / victim stated that unknown Hispanic juvenile was walking behind the him and when he turned around the juvenile punched him in the mouth causing him injury to his lower lip.

OCCURRED 8/25/2017 2039 HRS
Reporting person / victim stated that on the above listed date and time three suspects came to the listed location. Gerry L Hardy, 32, of the 400 block Poplar Street, Lancaster PA (one of the suspects) forced his way into his residence striking the victim in the face and restrained the victim using a belt and did drag the him around the house before taking his cell phone. Hardy was charged with Burglary, Robbery, Simple Assault and False Imprisonment.

Reporting person stated that two Hispanic juveniles, 15 years of age did conceal items of clothing into their backpacks and exited the listed location without offering payment for the items. Both juveniles were charged with Retail Theft and released to their parents.
39 W CHESTNUT ST
OCCURRED 8/25/2017 2121 HRS
Officers responding to a PFA violation located Brandon Douglas Walker, 26, of the 1000 block Truce Road, Holtwood PA. Walker was arrested on an outstanding warrant. As a result of a search to the incident, officers located 20 empty blue and white was paper wrapper and a hypodermic needle in Walkers pocket. During processing Walker did kick and strike an officer. Walker was charged with Aggravated Assault and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.

OCCURRED 8/26/2017 BETWEEN 2030 HRS AND 2050 HRS
Reporting person / victim stated that she left her purse in the restroom. When she realized that she had left it she returned to retrieve it the purse was gone. The purse was later returned to her but her bank card was missing.

Reporting person / victim stated he was having a yard sale at the listed location. A Hispanic male, 20-30 years of age wearing glasses picked up a PlayStation which was for sale and walked off without paying for it.
N. BROAD & E. ORANGE ST.
OCCURRED 8/26/2017 0055 HRS.
Officers were on the 1st blk. N. Broad St. during a vehicle crash investigation. A person approached them and said that an unknown person had shot out the rear windshield with an BB gun. 2 more victims approached the Officers with the same information. All 3 victims had been travelling south on N. Broad St. in the area of E. Orange St. and had been stopped at the light when the windows were shot out with BBs. Officers checked the area but were unable to locate any suspects or determine the location where the suspect(s) had been. Investigation continues.

OCCURRED BETWEEN 8/25/2017 1700 HRS AND 8/26/2017 1000 HRS
Reporting person stated that sometime between the above listed dates and times a shed which is leased from the school for the Lancaster Youth Baseball League had been broken into and vandalized and braking the window to gain entry and the removing the dry wall in an attempt to gain entry to the main part of the shed containing most of the sports equipment. No items appeared to be missing at this time.
400 BLK FREMONT ST
OCCURRED 8/27/2017 0304 HRS
Officers responding to a shots fired call located multiple shell casings directly outside a residence at the listed location. Additional casings were located outside another residence at the listed location. Some of the residences appeared to have been struck by bullets on the exterior. The interior of one of the residences had a television and wall struck by a bullet and a slug found on the floor. Ongoing investigation.

Sometime between the above listed dates and times, an unknown suspect did take the victim black in color 9mm handgun from the victim pantry.
