OCCURRED 6/23/2019 2300 HRS
Reporting person / victim stated that he was stopped at a stop sign when an unknown male suspect approached his cab and asked if he could have a ride. Once inside the vehicle the subject placed an object against the victim’s head and demanded all of the victim’s cash. The suspect exited the vehicle and fled up Wabank Street in a westerly direction.

Reporting person / victim stated that he left his handgun on the floor of his back porch to check on his laundry. When he returned the handgun was gone.

OCCURRED BETWEEN 6/20/2019 1130 HRS AND 6/24/2019 0900 HRS
Reporting person / victim stated that on the above listed dates and times, an unknown suspect removed a dental telescope which were kept in her dental instruments took chest.
500 BLK LOCUST ST

Luis Manuel Velez-Diaz, 29 , of the 100 block of East South Street, York PA was not permitting at the listed location. When officer’s approached him to question him Velez-Diaz fled. After Velez-Diaz was apprehended he still attempted to flee. Velez-Diaz was arrested at this time and was found to be in possession of 7 packaged corner tie bags of Synthetic Marijuana. Velez-Diaz was charged with Resisting Arrest, Possession of a Controlled Substance and Defiant Trespass.

Three male subjects appeared to be passed out in front of listed location. One of the subjects was identified as Donte Boynes. This subject was found to be in possession of Synthetic Marijuana. Donte Boynes, black male, 31 years of age, of the 600 block Poplar St Lancaster, PA 17603 was charged with possession of a controlled substance before MDJ 02-2-02.

Reporting person/victim stated that while paying for her items at the Save A lot Grocery store she left her iPhone XR on the counter. When she went back to the store, she was unable to find it. She had sent a message to her locked phone screen asking to be contacted. She stated after she sent that message the phone was immediately turned off.

Reporting person / victim stated that between the above listed dates and times, an unknown suspect removed a bottle of prescription medication from her back pack.
KOHL'S 1135 PARK CITY CENTER
OCCURRED 6/26/2019 1227 HRS.
Emilee Godshall F/33 of Manheim, PA was arrested for retail theft after she attempted to leave the store without paying for merchandise that she had concealed. A summary citation for Retail Theft was issued before MDJ Sponaugle.

Reporting person stated that on the above listed date and time his sister’s ex-boyfriend threatened his sister. Reporting person stated that his sister had been a victim of domestic violence were the ex-boyfriend was charged. Reporting person feared for his sister’s safety.

Reporting person / victim stated that he is a LYFT driver and picked up a dark skinned female on the first block of North Water Street. While in the vehicle the unknown female stole cash from the side map pocket of his vehicle.

Reporting person / victim stated that on the above listed date between the listed times, an unknown suspect(s) entered his locker at the listed location and stole his jeans, a Stryker knife and black wallet.

OCCURRED 06/26/19 1200HRS – 06/28/19 1400HRS
Victim stated that between the listed dates and times unknown person(s) entered her residence and stole 10 31 quart totes, 3 patio umbrellas and 1 clear three draw tote. Victim stated that she was in the process of moving when the theft occurred.

OCCURRED 06/28/19 1900HRS – 2230HRS
Victim stated he started his shift as a cab driver at 1400hrs and had his brown in color bag which contained his passport, black in color Raybans sunglasses and miscellaneous papers in the front passenger sit. He stated that a passenger requested to sit up front and he agreed and moved his bag to the back seat. Victim stated that he forgot he put the bag in the rear seat and continued to transport customers until his shift ended. When he returned to the shop he discovered that the bag was gone.

Two juveniles were observed by store employee walking through JCP with book bags on them. The two juveniles were observed selecting multiple items and then concealing the items into their book bags. The two juveniles did pass all points of sales and never made an attempt to pay for the items. The juveniles were both cited with Retail Theft.

OCCURRED 06/28/18 2030HRS
Jose Velazquez-Vega H/49yr of 300blk E King St, Lancaster PA was arrested and charged with Simple Assault (DV) after he arrived home drunk and assaulted the Victim in her bedroom. Victim stated she has had ongoing issues with the Subject in the past where he comes home drunk and has had confrontational demeanor towards her.
1700 FRUITVILLE PIKE-HOME DEPOT
Reporting person reported that the suspect entered the store, went to the garden section and selected a Ryobi 2300-watt inverter generator, that was displayed for sale. The suspect placed the generator into a shopping cart and left the store through the same entrance, passing all points of sale. Reporting person stopped the suspect and was able to retrieve the generator. David Bruce Althouse, 40, 1st block of N Main St, Manheim, PA 17545 was charged with Retail Theft before MDJ Sponaugle.
700 BLOCK S FRANKLIN ST
OCCURRED BETWEEN 06/29/2019 1430 HRS AND 06/30/2019 0900 HRS
Reporting person stated that her vehicle was parked along the east side curb between the above listed dates and times. While parked (16) silver lug nuts were stolen from the rims on the vehicle.
E CHESTNUT STREET
OCCURRED BETWEEN 06/30/2019 0000 HRS AND 06/30/2019 0130 HRS
Reporting person/victim stated that he was at the Village Nightclub and left to head home. While he was walking eastbound on Chestnut Street towards his home, he stopped to make a phone call. An unknown suspect wearing a dark blue sweat suit and on a 10 speed mountain bike spoke to victim briefly then displayed a handgun and stated “give everything up” Victim stated that the suspect rummaged through his pockets and left on the bike.
Victim was unsure of the direction of travel when the male fled the scene.
RECOVERED STOLEN VEHICLE

OCCURRED 07/01/2019 AT 0206 HRS
Officer located a previously reported stolen vehicle at the listed location while on routine patrol on the listed date and time. The vehicle was a bluish green Honda Civic. The vehicle was searched for evidence and then driven to the police station for further processing.
600 BLOCK HEBRANK ST
OCCURRED 07/01/2019 BETWEEN 1100 HRS AND 1730 HRS
Officers were dispatched to the listed location on the listed date. Reporting person / victim reported she had left her residence to visit a family member on 07/01/19 at approximately 1100 hours. When the victim arrived back home at approximately 1730 hours she noticed her television had been damaged as well as her sofas, appliances, clothing, shoes and a mattress. Officers searched the residence and collected evidence. Further Investigation to follow.

Carlos, Calderon-Fuente, 45, of the 600 block Wyncroft Lane, Lancaster PA was involved in an argument with a Hispanic female / victim which turned physical. The victim did sustain injuries during the incident. Calderon-Fuente was arrested and charged with Strangulation and Simple Assault.
200 BLK W STRAWBERRY ST
OCCURRED 7/2/2019 1247 HRS
Officer stopped Dexter Kelley 49 after observing him smoking suspected K2 in the park. The male had outstanding summary warrants and was arrested and taken to Lancaster County Sheriff’s department. Kelley was also in possession of suspected synthetic cannabinoids (K2). A summons may be sent pending lab results.

OCCURRED 07/03/19 0930HRS – 2317HRS
An unknown person(s) gained entry thru an unlocked window located on the east side of the listed location and stole a 65” Samsung TV and a Playstation 4 with 2 controllers. Ongoing Investigation.
24 N PINE ST
OCCURRED 07/03/2019 1627HRS
A package that contained nutritional supplements was stolen from the front porch of the listed location. The reported person stated he observed on video a black male wearing a light colored shirt and blue like jeans walk up the porch and picks up the package after it was delivered. The black male then puts the package under his arm and walks back to the red vehicle he was driving and travels south on N Pine St.
