Reporting person/victim reported that the package tracker on USPS indicated that his package was delivered from Jewelers.com to his doorstep at 1319 hrs on 3 February 2018.

300 BLK S FRANKLIN ST
Reporting person stated that she observed blue in color Ford F150 pull into a parking space beside a silver in color Ford sedan at the dead end of the listed street. Reporting person observed a male wearing a white in color hooded sweatshirt exit the vehicle and pull on the driver side door handle of the silver Ford. Officer reported that this Blue Ford F150 was stolen out of Millersville PA. Juvenile has been apprehended.

Reporting person/victim reported she misplace her red colored Sakroots wallet containing her personal cards at her listed business. It was later learned that there was an attempt to use her credit card at another establishment. Suspect described as white male approx. 20-30 wearing a black puffy coat, black jeans, and black sneakers with white trim.

A 17 year old black female who was employed that the listed location during the above listed period of time. The juvenile was observed on three separate occasions under ringing an unknown black male. After bagging the items for the male the defendant then aborted the transaction. The juvenile was charged with three counts of Retail Theft.

Reporting person / victim stated that between the above listed date and times and unknown suspect gained entry to his locker and stole his cell phone.

Reporting person / victim stated that on the above date between the listed times an unknown suspect(s) broke into his home causing damage to the front door. Once inside the residence the suspect(s) stole three of his pet Yorkshire terriers.

It was reported that on the above listed date and time a 16 year old Hispanic male was observed concealing shoe inserts, a t-shirt a fleece hoodie and a fleece sweater into a bag he was carrying and attempted to leave the location without paying for the merchandise. The juvenile was arrested and charged with Retail Theft

Reporting person stated that between the above listed dates and times an unknown suspect stole her license plate from her vehicle.

Reporting person / victim stated that he received a ticket from a registration plate that he had placed in his basement after he had sold his vehicle in 2016. The victim stated that the plate must have been stolen from his basement within the last two years.

Reporting person / victim stated that between the above listed dates and times an unknown suspect(s) stole his black, 2011 Mazda 3 from where he had parked it the night before. The vehicle was locked at the time of the incident.

Reporting person / victim stated that he was walking with his wife when they were approached by a suspect. While they were speaking with the first suspect a second suspect also approached them from behind. The two suspect walked off together after his wife noticed the second suspect behind her. A short time later they noticed that cash was missing from her purse.

Reporting person / victim stated that an unknown suspect(s) stole a package which UPS had confirmed had been delivered on November 27, 2017 to the victim’s front porch.

Reporting person / victim stated that she had left her phone on the vacuum area of the car wash. When she realized that she didn’t have her phone she returned to the area but the phone was no longer there.

Reporting person / victim stated that during the above listed date and time an unknown suspect gained entry to his residence and stole his television from his living room. Nothing else appeared to have been taken or disturbed.

Terrance Lamonte Starkes, 50, of the 400 block Lafayette Street, Lancaster Pa was the subject of a traffic stop and found to have a bench warrant through Chester County. During a search to this incident Starkes was found to be in possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia. Starkes was arrested and charged with Possession of Small Amount of Marijuana and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.

Reporting person / victim stated that on the above listed date and time he left his wallet on the counter at Ville Pizza in the food court at listed location. When he returned he noticed that cash and his Social Security card were missing from the wallet.

On the above listed date and time Debron Auntise Speller, 38 of the 400 block Chester Street, Lancaster PA, forced his way into a residence at the listed location and began to assault the victim. Speller was arrested and charged with Simple Assault DV, Harassment, Burglary and Criminal Mischief
