Reporting person reported a juvenile student made terroristic threats after being picked up by a school bus at the listed location during the listed times. The juvenile was charged with Terroristic Threats before MDJ Roth.

Reporting person reported a known suspect entered her apartment through the 2nd floor bedroom window and took $600 in cash. Investigation is ongoing.

Reporting person stated she purchased two items from Amazon. She received a notification from Amazon that the package was delivered. She contacted UPS and the representative stated the package was delivered at 1237 hours 19 December 18.

Joan Omar Munoz H/42yr of 1000blk Grofftown Rd, Lancaster Pa was arrested and charged with Retail Theft after he was observed by Store employee on video walking to the front of the store and bending down and removing two Forever fragrance gift sets. Subj then walked out of the store without paying for the items. The video was shown to the Officer and was given info on locating the Subj. Officer went to the Subjects residence where he was arrested and transported to the Police Station.

Juan Carlos Custodio-Fontanez H/39hr of 300blk S Ann St, Lancaster PA was arrested and charged with Possession of Drug Paraphernalia after Officers went to listed location for a Domestic Disturbance call. When Officers arrived they heard two loud voices coming from an apartment in the rear. The male opened for the Officers where it was observed that the male was under the influence of an opioid. NOI stated they were arguing regarding the male using drugs. After speaking with the Subject a box was located where in side the Paraphernalia was in the box.

Two Juveniles were cited with Retail Theft after they were stopped from leaving the store without paying for three belts, a pair of pants and a teeshirt that they stole.

Victim reported that he met an unknown male 6’1 dark complexion wearing a bright yellow hoodie to purchase an Iphone X for cash. After handing over the cash to the male, the male advised the Victim that he was going to reset the phone. Instead the male ran away without turning over the phone. He was last seen running West on E Chestnut and S on N Cherry Street.

A white Hispanic female wearing a black baseball cap, black top and denim jeans was observed via video entering the store. Subject was pushing a stroller around and was observed picking up items and putting them down very frequently. Subject then was observed selecting items and putting the items into a basket of the stroller which was covered by a blanket. Ongoing Investigation.

Victim stated that she left the residence for a couple of hours and when she returned she noticed that the front door was unlocked. Victim entered and noticed that several bags inside the front door were moved and gone through. Upon checking around the only items missing were two bath sets, unknown brand. Ongoing Investigation.

Victim stated that sometime between the listed dates she believes that while exiting or entering her vehicle she lost her Black in color wallet. Victim stated that the wallet contained 2 debit cards, cash and PA drivers License.

Officers from Platoon A responded to the area of 1200 blk. Union St. after receiving calls for shots fired in the area. There were no reported injuries and no damage was located. Officers located numerous spent shell casings on the street and sidewalk. No suspects have been identified. Investigation continues.

A black male, medium built with some facial hair wearing a black knit hat, black jacket, colored jeans and black shoes was observed by store employee concealing a bottle of Cruzan black cherry rum in his jacket pocket and exiting the store without paying for the item. Ongoing Investigation.

Reporting person stated that on the above listed date and between the listed times an unknown suspect took a package which was delivered by UPS . When she went to retrieve the package it was gone.

Reporting person stated that he was looking for his car keys in the 300 block of North Reservoir Street when an unknown male pulled out a handgun from his waist band and began shooting. On-going investigation. Victim was unable to provide a description of the suspect.

Reporting person / victim reported that while walking back from the corner store he was assaulted. An unknown suspect approached him from behind and hit the juvenile in the head with what the victim thought appeared to be a rock. Victim sustain minor injury. The victim was unable to provide a description of the suspect or an exact location where the incident occurred.

Reporting person / victim stated that he was having work done on his front steps and the workers had removed the wrought iron railing and placed them on the side. During the above listed dates and times an unknown suspect took the railing from where they had been placed.

Reporting person / victim stated that she had been engaged in an argument. The daughter was angry at the victim and had thrown out her Mom’s handicapped placard in a dumpster and threw her cell phone out of the door breaking it when it hit the walkway. The daughter was cited with Criminal Mischief.

John Miller W/39yr old of 300blk Winthrop Drive Lancaster, PA was arrested and charged with Retail Theft(F) and Possession of Controlled Substance after store employee from Pep boys store observed the Subject with another male take various items and conceal the items under a coat. The two male were then observed walking out of the store without paying for the items. Reported person stated she followed the males out of the store and was able to obtain the license plate for the vehicle the suspects were driving.

Victim stated she had been at Park City mall and used the restroom in the Boscov’s wing. Victim stated that she placed her IPhone X on the toilet paper dispenser while she was used the facility. She stated that about an hour later she went to use the phone and noticed it was not in her purse. Victim then went back to the restroom and did not locate her phone but located a Galaxy S9 where she left her cell. Ongoing Investigation.

Victor Alonso Asencio M/26yr of 0blk Chester Street, Lancaster PA was arrested and charged with Possession of Controlled Substance, DC(s) and PD(s) after Officers responded to a possible fight outside of the location. While Officers were in route they were advised that it was a party instead at the location. When Officers arrived they observed several people exiting the residence from the front and rear. While exiting the Suspect walking away from the residence and was heard yelling “I’m sorry pigs” over and over again. Suspect was advised by the Officers to stop yelling and leave which he continue to yell while walking southbound. Suspect was then arrested for Disorderly Conduct and Public Drunkenness after Officer could smell alcoholic emanating from his breath. Prior to being placed in the cruiser the Suspect was searched and a plastic corner tied baggy was located in the right front pocket which was believed to be cocaine.

Angelo Luis Ortega M/28yr of 600blk Poplar Street, Lancaster PA was arrested and charged with Possession Small Amount Marijuana and Possession Drug Paraphernalia after Officers were dispatched to a call regarding a male sleeping in a vehicle with marijuana in plain view. When Officers arrived the Suspect was seated in the driver’s seat sleeping while the vehicle running and parked. A clear plastic bag containing an amount of suspected marijuana was observed under a pack of cigarettes in the center cup holder. The Officer was able to open the unlocked passenger door to reach across, shut off the ignition and remove the keys without disturbing the Suspect. The Suspect began to wake up after the Officer shined the flashlight on him. Suspect was then arrested and taken to the Police Station.

Reporting person / victim stated that he believes a Black Female, 29 with whom he was having an argument stole his credit card when he asked her to leave his residence.

A 16 year old white female was observed selecting several items of Sephora brand merchandise and conceal them into her purse. The juvenile then passed all points of sale without offering payment for the merchandise. The juvenile was arrested and charged with Retail Theft.

Reporting person / victim stated while walking in the area of the RRTA bus Depot he was approached by a Hispanic male suspect. The two began to argue and the suspect then struck the victim once in the face with a closed fist causing him to fall to the ground. The suspect fled the scene.

Reporting person stated while escorting a suspect from the business who was being uncooperative the suspect slapped him in the face and the chest prior to leaving the premise. The suspect was a Black female wearing a black and gold dress. The suspect was last seen walking south on Water Street.
