Arrests made in fight/ stabbing 1st blk. Green St. (updated 5/14/19)

On Sunday April 28, 2019 at approximately 0152 hrs. Officers from Lancaster Bureau of Police, Platoon A, responded to the 1st blk. Green St. for a report of a fight in progress. The initial call to 911 reported a large number of people fighting in the street. While Officers were en-route a call was received that there was a stabbing victim at the intersection of Chester St. at Pershing Ave. 

Officers responded to both locations. The Officers at Pershing Ave. and Chester St. found an adult female with multiple lacerations on her arms, hands and torso. The Officers assessed the locations and severity of the injuries and began First Aid procedures, to include the use of a tourniquet on one of the arms of the victim. The victim was transported to the hospital for treatment. That victim is still receiving care and is in serious but stable condition.

Officers at the 1st blk. Green St. did not find any victims there. There were signs that a fight had occurred. Officers followed blood trails and located evidence but did not locate any additional victims or suspects at that location. Officers continued to canvas the area for additional witnesses, victims, suspects and evidence. 

At 0220 hrs. Officers were notified that Manheim Twp. Police had been dispatched to an address in Sterling Plave (Lancaster Twp.) for (2) people with injuries stemming from the fight on Green St. Those (2) adult females were transported to the hospital by ambulance before Officers from Lancaster City arrived. Officers spoke with Manhiem Twp. Police and others present about the circumstances that happened at that location. Officers and Detectives spoke with the (2) females once they arrived at the hospital. Those females were treated and released. 

As Officers were on-scene at the hospital, a woman and her 16 year old child arrived at the hospital for treatment for injuries received during the fight. Officers spoke with the pair at the hospital. They were treated and released. 

The initial indication is that this was not a random act and that several people involved in the incident are known to each other. Detectives continue to conduct follow up investigations on this incident.

Detectives continued the investigation into the fight/stabbing that occurred on the 1st blk. Green St. on April 28, 2019.  As of May 2, 2019, after consultation with the Lancaster County District Attorney's Office, three people have been taken into custody and charges/allegations have been filed. 

Tiara Angelique Adonetto AKA: "Chris" 17 years old 1st blk. Green St. Lancaster, PA (charged as an adult under direct file protocols) (filed by Det. Halstead)

Charged with 2 Counts Aggravated Assault (F1 & F2), Riot (Using of Plans to Use Firearm or Deadly Weapon) (F3) and Criminal Conspiracy- Riot (F3). 

The criminal complaint lists that during the course of a meeting for a mutual fight, an 18 year old female victim was struck on her face with a firearm/ pistol. The victim was also stabbed by a person she knew as "Chris Maisonet". The victim was able to identify that person as Tiara Adonetto. That victim was transported to the hospital by private vehicle. 

The 29 year old victim that was found at Chester St. and Pershing Ave. is still recovering at the hospital from injuries received from being stabbed/cut on 1st blk. Green St. 

Adonetto was arraigned and committed to LCP in lieu of $200,000 bail.

Charged with Riot (Intent to Commit a Felony or Misdemeanor) (F3), Criminal Conspiracy- Riot (F3) and Corruption of Minors (M1)

Det. Halstead viewed a video that had been posted to a social media site that showed part of the fight that occurred on 1st blk, Green St. on April 28, 2019. The video showed several people engaged in the fight, to include Elyse Maisonet and her child Tiara Andonetto AKA: "Chris". 

Maisonet was arraigned an committed to LCP in lieu of $25,000 bail. 

15 year old juvenile  500 blk. W. King St. Lancaster, PA (filed by Det. Work)

Allegation filed before Lancaster County Juvenile Probation for Riot (Intent to Commit a Felony or Misdemeanor) (F3), Criminal Conspiracy - Riot (F3), Aggravated Assault (F2), Simple Assault (M2), Terroristic Threats (M1). 

During the course of the fight the 15 year old juvenile struck the 18 year old victim and the 29 year old victim on their faces with a firearm/pistol resulting in injuries to both victims. The juvenile also pointed the firearm at the face of a 3rd victim. 

On April 30, 2019 the juvenile communicated a verbal threat to a 4th victim on the 800 blk. Manor St. This threat stemmed from the incident on 1st blk. Green St. April 28, 2019. 

Detectives are still conducting interviews and follow up investigations. It is possible that additional charges will be filed against additional suspects in the near future.

Detective Halstead and Det. Work continued to follow up on this investigation. Additional criminal complaints were filed and warrants were issued for an additional (7) suspects. All (7) suspects in this list were charged with Riot (F3) and Criminal Conspiracy (Riot) (F3).
