Robbery 401 N. Lime St. US Gas Mart 2.15.2018



On Wednesday 15 February 2018 at approximately 2127 hrs. Officers from Platoon B responded to the US Gas Mart 401 N. Lime St. for a report of a robbery that had just occurred. 

The employee inside the store reported that an unknown male entered the location and  pointed a semi-automatic pistol at him. The suspect also struck the employee. The employee was later treated by LEMSA at the scene and did not require any additional treatment.

The suspect demanded cash and then left the store on foot after getting the loot. The suspect was last seen walking east on E. Lemon St. toward the cemetery. 

Off. J. Hatfield and K9 Zoltan attempted to track the suspect from the store through the cemetery but the track was lost. 

The suspect was described as an unknown White or Hispanic male, approximately 20-25 years old, approximately 5'10" in height, 165 lbs in weight, last seen wearing a black hood sweatshirt, black pants, black bandana over the face and carrying a burgundy in color backpack.
