On Monday 24 September 2018 at approximately 1726 hrs. Officers from Lancaster Bureau of Police Platoons A & D responded to the 100 blk. E. Vine St. for a report of a domestic dispute between a male and female. The female was reported to have been carrying a shotgun and that a male was following her.
Upon arrival Officers found that both the male and female had entered a residence on the 200 blk. Old Trinity Place. The Officers were able to locate the couple and found that the shotgun had been left inside the house. Officers saw scratches and bruises on the face of the male and scratches on the female.
Officers checked inside the home to make sure that there were no other injured people inside. Officers saw a large quantity of suspected marijuana as well as scales and packaging materials. The house was secured while Officers applied for a Search Warrant. The couple, identified as Brent McCracken M/25 and Dorothy Dearman F/25 were taken to the station to investigate what appeared to be injuries as the result of a domestic dispute.
