On March 2, 2018 (Fri.) at approximately 1721 hrs. officers assigned to the police bureau’s Selective Enforcement Unit (SEU), assisted by Agents from Pennsylvania Probation and Parole, observed the above listed suspect operating a black Ford SUV in the southwest portion of the city. The officer and the State Parole Agent knew Green was not licensed to operate a motor vehicle. The car was stopped in the 200 blk. of W. King St. by members of a Street Operations Group (SOG) detail for the vehicle code violation.
Upon contacting Green officers detected the odor of fresh marijuana emanating from the interior of the car. State Parole agents searched the interior of Green’s car and located two empty glass containers that emitted a strong smell of marijuana. Green was arrested and transported to the city police station. While being processed officers located two small bags of marijuana and approximately 1.93 grams of crack cocaine on Green’s person.
State Parole Agents responded to Green’s home where they conducted a search as part of Green’s parole agreement. Agents located marijuana and packaging material in the home. The Agents stopped their search and city police officers secured the home in preparation for a search warrant.
