Case

The driver of a gold minivan (pictured) became pinned after she stepped out to retreive a dropped item at the Susuehanna Bank drivethrough at 1300 West Main Street, Ephrata.  Joy Oberholtzer, 30, of Ephrata, was confined between the door of her van, the protective bollard, and the ground when the vehicle unexpectedly coasted backward.  Her foot was also entangled in the wheel well.  Rescue crews, EMS, and fire departements assisted in extricating her.  She was taken to a local hospital where she was treated and released.
