Police Blotter




  1. At approximately 2:09 a.m., an ELTPD officer recognized a wanted subject (FERDINAND GONZALEZ-ROMAN / 28 year old / Hispanic male / Lancaster), in the Sunoco (1637 Lincoln Highway East).  The officer made contact with Ferdinand Gonzalez and took him into custody.  A search of his person revealed he was in possession of methamphetamine, and paraphernalia.  Ferdinand Gonzalez-Roman was transferred to the Lancaster County Sheriff’s department and charged with aforementioned offenses.

  1. At approximately 11:00 a.m., a black male (approximately 30’s) wearing a blue NY Mets hat, orange jacket with white stripes on the sleeves and blue jeans entered the Wine and Spirits store (1622 Lincoln Highway East) and stole 2 bottles of Jameson whiskey concealing them in a bag he was carrying.  Anyone with information is requested to contact Ofc. At approximately 11:57 a.m., police observed WAYNE MOHN (54 year old / white male / Lancaster), soliciting near the intersection of Walmart and Lincoln Highway East.  Wayne Mohn had been warned (2) twice before, as recently as the previous day that he was not permitted to solicit in the township without a permit.  Wayne Mohn cited with violation of the East Lampeter Township soliciting ordinance.     
  3. At approximately 10:15 p.m., an ELTPD officer stopped a vehicle near the intersection of Newport Rd. & Dogwood Dr. for vehicle code violations.  Upon making contact with the driver (ANDREW LENDELBORG / 19 year old / Hispanic male / New Holland) the officer detected the odor of marijuana.  A search of the vehicle resulted in Anderw Lendelborg being arrested and charged with possession of marijuana.

On 2/8/2020 at approximately 12:15 a.m., an ELTPD officer was dispatched for a reckless driver.  The officer initiated a traffic stop for vehicle code violations with said vehicle in the 2400 block of Horseshoe Rd.  After making contact with the driver (MARIA MORALES / 48 year old / Hispanic female / Lancater) she exhibited clues of impairment.  Maria Morales was arrested for suspicion of DUI and transported for a blood draw.  The blood was sent to a laboratory with results indicating she had a combination of controlled substances in her system.  She was charged with DUI, Driving Under Suspension and Driving on Roadways Laned for Traffic.
