Hit and Run

At approximately 09:20 am on April 10, 2023, the pictured male was operating a black 2003 BMW 330i and attempted to exit the WaWa parking lot at 2132 Lincoln Hwy East striking a white 2018 Mercedes.  The driver and vehicle then fled the scene without stopping or exchanging information.  It is believed that the operator resides in Lancaster and goes by the nickname of "Julio the Car Guy".  Anyone who may be familiar with this individual or has information regarding this incident is asked to contact the East Lampeter Township Police Department.
