One eastbound lane and one westbound lane is now open. The remaining lanes will not be open until later in the evening. PPL is working to fix the poles and restore electricity to the area.
Previous post: Please note that there was a vehicle accident in the 2400 block of Lincoln Highway East that brought down a pole and live wires. PP&L is enroute. Police and Fire Police are on scene. Lincoln Highway East is closed at this point and traffic is being redirected at Rt. 896 and Witmer Rd. Please choose an alternate route until the roadway can be cleared safely. Thank you!
