RETAIL THEFT: On 7-17-19 police responded to That Fish Place, 237 Centerville Rd, for a retail theft report. A male and female were observed on video surveillance concealing multiple items on their person and leaving the store without making payment on 7-15-19. Following investigation, Christopher Garman (40) of Harrisburg and Heather Grimwood (41) of Harrisburg were both cited with Retail Theft (S). Total estimated loss $123.14.
PUBLIC DRUNKENNESS: On 7-20-19 Sabrina Simione (58) of Lancaster was cited with Public Drunkenness (S), stemming from an incident in the 1900 block of Harrisburg Pk on this date.
POSSESSION OF DRUG PARAPHERNALIA: On 7-22-19 Nevin Lehman (47) of Lancaster was charged with Use/Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, stemming from an incident on 7-15-19 at the intersection of Centerville Rd and RT 30.
HOME IMPROVEMENT FRAUD: On 7-22-19 Alexander Beattie (31) of Wrightsville was charged with Receives Advance Payment for Services/Fails to Perform (F3) and Theft by Deception (F3), a warrant was issued for his arrest. Beattie of Beattie Roofing and Sheet Metal received partial payment in May of 2018 to replace a roof in the 2900 block of Spring Valley Rd, no work was completed. THEFT FROM VEHICLE: On 7-23-19 police received a reported theft from vehicle in the 100 block of Champ Blvd. Sometime between 7-19-19 at 1600 hours and 7-22-19 at 0530 hours, actor(s) removed a black Milwaukee toolbox containing various tools and a blue Lowe’s bucket containing various tools from an unsecured truck bed. Total estimated loss $200.00.
BURGLARY: On 7-24-19 police responded to the 2600 block of Miller Rd. Sometime between 7-15-19 at 1700 hours and 7-22-19 at 1700 hours, actor(s) entered a secured barn and left behind (4) empty bottles of 99 Peaches Liquor. Nothing was missing from the barn.
SIMPLE ASSAULT: On 7-25-19 a 14-year old female student of Mountville was charged with Simple Assault (M2) and Harassment (S), stemming from an altercation at the Centerville Middle School, 865 Centerville Rd, on 5-23-19.
CRIMINAL MISCHIEF: On 7-26-19 police responded to the 900 block of Highmeadow Ct for a vandalism report. Sometime between 6-8-19 at 1200 hours and 7-26-19 at 1900 hours, actor(s) broke a glass door. Estimate total damage $2,800.00.
THEFT: On 7-26-19 police responded to the 700 block of Scarsdale Cir for a reported theft. Sometime between 7-22-19 and 7-26-19, actor(s) removed a Trek Marlin 5 (15 ½”) bicycle from the rear of a residence. Total estimated loss $476.99.
