Police Incidents form 4-4-19 thru 4-10-19

DISORDERLY CONDUCT: On 4-4-19 police responded to the Landisville Middle School, 340 Mumma Dr for a disturbance.  Following investigation, a 13-year old female student of Columbia and a 14-year old female student of Landisville were both cited with Disorderly Conduct (S).

DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE: On 4-5-19 Lee Frye (46) of Uniontown was charged with 2 counts of Driving Under the Influence (M) and several traffic violations, stemming from a traffic stop on Harrisburg Pk in the area of Parkview Dr on 4-4-19 at 0437 hours.

STRANGULATION: On 4-5-19 Angela Larison (37) of Lancaster was charged with Strangulation (F2), Unlawful Restraint of Minor/Parent (F2), 2 counts of Simple Assault (M2), Terroristic Threats (M1) and Harassment (S).  The charges are the result of an investigation into an altercation in the 1000 block of Harriet Ave on 4-4-19.

CRIMINAL MISCHIEF: On 4-5-19 police responded to the first block of Welsh Dr for a criminal mischief report.  Sometime between 4-4-19 at 2100 hours and 4-5-19 at 0930 hours, actor(s) keyed the victim’s vehicle causing approximately $400.00 in damage.

BURGLARY: On 4-8-19 at 0359 hours police responded to Evergreen Golf, 1503 Lititz Rd, for a burglar alarm.  Following investigation, it was determined that actor(s) forced entry into the building and attempted to gain access to the ATM.  Total estimated damage is $1,000.00.

IDENTITY THEFT: On 4-8-19 Ryan Hou (26) of Lancaster was charged with Identity Theft (M1), False Identification to Law Enforcement Officer (M3) and several traffic violations.  The charges are the result of an investigation into a traffic stop on 2-5-19 in the 300 block of Rohrerstown Rd.

WARRANT SERVICE: On 4-8-19 police responded to a vagrancy report in the 3000 block of Columbia Ave.  Officers found Douglas Givler (52) of Lancaster to have 2 warrants through the Lancaster County Sheriff’s Department and took him into custody.  He was then turned over to the Lancaster County Sheriff’s Department.

POSSESSION OF MARIJUANA:  On 4-8-19 Suzzette Workman (59) of Conestoga was charged with Possession of Marijuana (M) and Use/Possession of Drug Paraphernalia (M), stemming from a traffic stop on Oreville Rd in the area of Rohrerstown Rd on 4-6-19.

DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE: On 4-9-19 Erwin Chitala (22) of Manheim was charged with 2 counts of Driving Under the Influence (M) and several traffic violations, stemming from a traffic stop on 3-30-19 at 0040 hours on Rohrerstown Rd in the area of the Rt 283 West exit ramp.

CRIMINAL MISCHIEF: On 4-9-19 police responded to the 600 block of Good Dr for a criminal mischief report.  Sometime between 4-8-19 at 2030 hours and 4-9-19 at 1618 hours, actor(s) smashed the driver’s side window of the victim’s vehicle.  Total estimated damage is $150.00.

CRIMINAL MISCHIEF: On 4-9-19 police responded to the first block of Welsh Dr for a criminal mischief report.  It was reported that actor(s) keyed the victim’s vehicle causing approximately $150.00 in damage.

CRIMINAL MISCHIEF: On 4-10-19 the Hempfield School Resource Officer was made aware that the boy’s bathroom on the 1st floor Science Wing of Hempfield High School, 200 Stanley Ave, was vandalized.  Unknown value of damage at this time.

THEFT: On 4-10-19 police responded to the 800 block of Landisville Rd for a theft report.  Sometime between 0700 hours and 1500 hours on 4-10-19 actor(s) took a blue metal scooter valued at $250.00.

DISORDERLY CONDUCT: On 4-10-19 a 14-year old male student of Landisville was cited with Disorderly Conduct (S), stemming from an incident at the Hempfield High School, 200 Stanley Ave on 4-5-19.
