Police Incidents from 3/13/19 thru 3/19/19
THEFT: On 3-13-19 police responded to Lancaster Toyota Service Center, 1107 Enterprise Rd, for a reported theft. A representative of the company reported that 10 used tires were removed from a locked, fenced-in area behind the business. Following investigation, Ledif Perez-Perez (34) of Reading was charged with Theft by Unlawful Taking (M3) and Defiant Trespass (M3).
DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE: On 3-14-19 Cody Banzhof (26) of Lititz was charged with 2 counts of DUI (M) and multiple summary traffic charges, stemming from a single vehicle crash in the 1000 block of Rohrerstown Rd on 2-22-19 at 2144 hours.
HARASSMENT: On 3-14-19 a 17-year old female student of Landisville was cited with Harassment (S), stemming from an incident at Hempfield High School, 200 Stanley Ave, on 3-8-19.
CRIMINAL MISCHIEF: On 3-15-19, while on patrol, police located graffiti on a shed in the 900 block of Nissley Rd. Estimated damage $100.00.
THEFT: On 3-15-19 a pair of wireless BOSE Soundsport earbuds, valued at $150.00, were stolen from a classroom at the Hempfield High School, 200 Stanley Ave.
RETAIL THEFT: On 3-15-19 Danielle Curl (31) of Oxford was charged with Retail Theft (M2), stemming from an incident on 2-9-19 at That Fish Place, 237 Centerville Rd. Curl was observed on video surveillance removing (2) Disney Pixar Finding Dory Beta Tanks ($11.99 each) from the store without making payment.
THEFT: On 3-15-19 police responded to the 200 block of Rocklawn Ln for a reported theft. Sometime between 1800 hours 3-12-19 and 1800 hours 3-13-19 (2) BMX bikes were taken from behind the residence. Estimated total value $540.00.
DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE: On 3-15-19 at 0015 hours, police witnessed a single vehicle crash on Rt 30 W just east of Rohrerstown Rd. Following investigation, Laura Cooley (34) of York was charged with 2 counts of DUI (M).
HARASSMENT: On 3-18-19 a 16-year old male student of Lancaster was cited with Harassment (S), stemming from an incident at Hempfield High School, 200 Stanley Ave, on 3-14-19.
BURGLARY: On 3-18-19 police responded to Bender’s Garage, 3021 Harrisburg Pk, for a reported burglary. Between 1430 hours on 3-17-19 and 0720 hours on 3-18-19 actor(s) forcibly entered the business and removed Inspections Stickers and Emission Stickers. Estimated value of loss $1,200.00, estimated damage $500.00.
CRIMINAL MISCHIEF: On 3-19-19 police responded to the 100 block of Pinnacle Point Dr for a reported criminal mischief. The garage door had a word etched into the paint. Estimated damage $20.00.
FORGERY: On 3-19-19 Henry Martin III (61) of Mountville was charged with Altered/Forged or Counterfeit Documents (M1) and multiple summary traffic violations, stemming from a traffic stop on Rohrerstown Rd in the area of Embassy Dr on 3-8-19.
