Police Incidents from 11-26-18 to 11-30-18

PUBLIC DRUNK: On 11-26-18 officers were dispatched to Rt 283 westbound in the area of mile marker 26.2 for a male walking on the highway.  Robert Henry (35) of Mount Joy was located, cited with Public Drunkenness (S) and transported to his residence.

RETAIL THEFT: On 11-28-18 police responded to Dollar General, 3515 Columbia Ave, for a reported retail theft.  Two unknown white males entered the store at approximately 1503 hrs and secured (8) packages of men’s white socks on their persons and left the store without paying.  Total value of loss $68.00.

RETAIL THEFT: On 11-28-18 Frank Warah III (36) of Philadelphia, PA was charged with (2) counts of Retail Theft (F3), (2) counts of Conspiracy to Commit Retail Theft (F3), (2) counts of Retail Theft (M1) and (2) counts of Conspiracy to Commit Retail Theft (M1).  Vincent Lawson Jr (34) of Ringtown, PA was charged with (3) counts of Retail Theft (F3) and (3) counts of Conspiracy to Commit Retail Theft (F3).  The charges stem from (4) incidents occurring from 7-26-15 to 11-9-15 at the CVS drug stores located at 301 E Main St, Landisville and 2110 Spring Valley Rd, Lancaster.  Over the counter medications and supplies totaling $4,853.14 were taken from the stores.  The defendants were identified by surveillance video with the assistance of the Pennsylvania State Police.  Warrants for their arrest have been issued.

HARASSMENT: On 11-29-18 a 17-year-old male student of Mount Joy was cited with Harassment (S) stemming from an incident that occurred at Hempfield High School, 200 Stanley Ave on 11-20-18.

SIMPLE ASSAULT: On 11-30-18 Shane Frymoyer (32) of Columbia was charged with Simple Assault (M2) and Joel Mendez (33) of Lancaster was charged with Terroristic Threats (M1) and Disorderly Conduct (S) stemming from an incident that occurred 11-25-18 at the Villa Nova West, 2833 Columbia Ave.
