The East Earl Township Police Department is investigating a Retail Theft that occurred on March 3, 2021 at 11:00 AM.  The suspect entered a business in the township and stole merchandise.  He fled the scene as the passenger in a silver 2010 Toyota RAV4 bearing a Delaware registration.
