The East Earl Township Police arrested Jeremy E. Taylor of East Earl. Taylor was charged with Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol (highest rate) and Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol (general impairment). It is alleged that on April 3, 2021 at around 8:20 PM, officers investigated a suspicious vehicle in a cemetery in the 1600 block of Center Church Road. The investigation revealed Taylor was under the influence of alcohol when he drove his vehicle into the cemetery.
Taylor is presumed INNOCENT.
