On September 29, 2020 at 8:08 PM, the East Earl Township Police Department investigated a one vehicle in the 4200 block of Division Highway. During the investigation, officers discovered Duane G. Sanchez of Narvon, was operating his vehicle while under the influence of alcohol at the time of the crash. Sanchez was charged with Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol and several traffic offenses.
Sanchez is presumed innocent.
