The East Earl Township Police Department charged Alberto A. Figueroa of Narvon with six counts of Retail Theft and Criminal Conspiracy. It is alleged that between January 29 and February 8, 2021, Figueroa conspired with Leann K. Sites to steal merchandise from a business in the township.
On February 24, 2021, Figueroa was arraigned by MDJ Jonathan Heisse. Figueroa was released on $25,000 unsecured bail.
Figueroa is presumed INNOCENT.
