David A Stickel, 26, of Narvon, PA was charged with Possession with Intent to Deliver Methamphetamine, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Firearms not to be Carried Without a License, Driving Under the Influence, and Accidents Involving Damage to Unattended Vehicle or Property after an incident that occurred in the 400 block of Hahnstown Road in East Cocalico Township. On January 31, 2019 at approximately 0218 hours, an East Cocalico Police Officer on patrol witnessed signs of a motor vehicle crash. The Officer followed debris and fluid leaks for about a mile before finding Stickel's vehicle disabled on Hahnstown Road. Stickel, who was under the influence of narcotics, was found to be in possession of just over 63 grams of Methamphetamines, a small amount of Cocaine and Heroin, as well as various drug paraphernalia. Officers also located a .38 caliber pistol for which Stickel does not have a permit to carry. Stickel admitted to Officers that he was on his way home from Reading, PA and that he sells narcotics because he is out of work.
Stickel was taken into custody and arraigned before MDJ Nancy Hamill. He was remanded to Lancaster County Prison after failing to post $75,000 bail.
