JULY 16 UPDATE:

A man found dead Sunday in a Clay Township stream has been identified.

Northern Lancaster County Regional police are investigating the death of the 30-year-old Ephrata area man.

ORIGINAL STORY:

Northern Lancaster County Regional police are working to identify a man found dead Sunday in a stream in Clay Township.

The white man, believed to be in his 30s, was found dead by a land owner in the area.

The stream is located around the 1500 block of Girl Scout Road, near Furnace Hill Road.

Police have made no determination on how the man died. The death is under investigation.

The man was seen in the area in days prior, riding a bicycle going in and out of the woods – near the location he was found.
